The room was excellent, bed very comfortable, AC in the room with adjustable thermostat. Very clean bathroom with excellent water pressure in the shower. Nice heavy doors that keep the sound of the hallway out. Really nice.

The staff through was decently friendly but the lady they have upfront just did not seem happy to be there or happy we were there. I never expect anyone to be nothing but smiles and jumping for joy that they have customers, but at least a proper smile and being thanked for business is appreciated, this we did not receive though. Was she rude? No. Was she happy to be there or make us feel welcomed? Also no. Also for how upscale the room felt, the breakfast was mediocre. You could tell a lot of was just frozen or prepackaged food they just heated up.

The staff here was wonderful! They allowed us to check in early as our room was ready but also said if the room was not ready we could stay parked at the hotel (parking is at a premium in downtown leavenworth). The room was ready and so well done. The decor was nice, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was amazing. The breakfast is a full breakfast, clean, with multiple staff working the breakfast area keeping it pristine. I won't stay anywhere else while visiting leavenworth!

The only thing we did not like was the traffic but that is all part of leavenworth. Not any fault of the hotel's!

Location was super, the ice water with lemon , mint, or cucumber was a nice touch, cuz it was hot! The pool was pretty nice too .

We got in town around 1pm and we're told they would call us when room was ready, no problem. Would not have been a problem , however, we checked in 2 more times and the last time was after 4pm. Still told that the room wasn't done yet, but she will go ask, and yup, it had been ready the whole time but wasn't marked right on the computer ... of course not that of a big deal, we got over it and enjoyed our trip

You cross the street from Bavarian Lodge and get to most of the bakeries/shops/restaurants. Location was convenient! My kids played with the snow around the parking lot behind the lodge. Bed was comfy, room was clean! Buffet breakfast offered tortillas with scrambled eggss and sausage, muffins, waffles, cereal, yogurt, coffee, milk, juice, sausages. Enough to fill you up. In the lobby, they offered hot cocoa, coffee, and tea which was really nice. We enjoyed sitting around the warm fireplace for a bit.

Location to walk the Village was the BEST. The Holiday decorations were up and the Bavarian lodge feel was definitely felt. The staff were very personable. Room decor was very nice. Breakfast was ok. The PuB was welcoming and nice. We visited days before Thanksgiving, in error; but, enjoyed the trip and esp liked the snow around but no snow/ ice on the sidewalks!!

Not really anything except no hard alcohol on site so we couldn't have warm coffees w/ Baileys or Amaretto on those foggy, cold nights....we went next door to the Pizza place which was good and friendly; but, not sitting around the Hotel fireplaces.

The lodge is located steps from the main town of Leavenworth, and is perfectly situated for exploring. The rooms are cutely decorated and a lovely Bavarian experience.

While the front desk staff were generally extremely helpful and kind, one particular staff member at the bar was quite cold and brusque. We felt like we were imposing on her constantly and she was somewhat impatient with our large group. There isn't much room to actually hang out in the lobby or shared spaces if you are visiting with a large group. The pillows were a bit too large for our liking, so we would recommend adding in more variety in pillow sizes.

The location was great, across the street from the main shops and restaurants. Beautiful room and quiet even though we were on a main street. Our room was not ready when we got there but the receptionist said there were rooms ready if we wanted an upgrade. She was very friendly and wanted to accommodate us so we wouldn't have to wait for our room. The room had a DVD player with a movie library where you could get a movie to watch! That was a nice touch!

Wish checkout was an hour later. We like to sleep in when we travel.

You can tell a lot about a place by looking at the bathroom. Bavarian Lodge’s bathroom was impeccable-exceptional clean, well stocked, and even the grout was perfect. The “standard room” was spacious for 4 people, tastefully decorated, with quality throws and pillows. We saw no signs of poor workmanship. The breakfast food was hot and delicious. The white tablecloth’s elevated the breakfast experience. Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast attendants seemed to really care about their job. We enjoyed a drink in Woodman’s pub. The “Wild WA Cider” was excellent. The location is perfect. My family can always find something that can be improved at a hotel, but we all gave it 5 stars!!!

Really lovely accommodation in a fairy tale town. The staff were amazing and extremely welcoming and helpful. We stayed twice a week apart. Firstly in a king studio room and secondly in a twin queen. Both rooms were spacious, very clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was adequate but nothing special - certainly more than ok for a complementary breakfast. The 2 for 1 welcome drink was a welcome touch and while the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant it does have a limited range of appetisers at the bar. It is worth walking around town in the evening as the town lights up with fairy lights everywhere and the buildings are straight out of a Bavarian fairytale.

The only drawback we noticed is that our twin room had an adjoining door to the next room making neither room very soundproof. The king room we had on the first stay was much quieter.

A beautiful and well-resourced hotel right in the center of Leavenworth. I appreciated the staff’s flexibility and willingness to help their customers, and little touches like infused water go a long way. The breakfast was pretty good and I enjoyed that there were two hot tubs as well as a pool. The room was large and comfortable too.

The price is the main concern- $450 for a hotel room for one night is outrageous, even in Leavenworth.
