Loved the location. We were in town for 3 nights and it was the perfect base for outside adventures. We hiked to Colchuck Lake the first day and brought our paddle boards and floated Icicle Creek the last two days and enjoyed shopping and dining in town everyday during our stay. Nice to have parking and ability to walk downtown. I liked being on the first floor for convenience for quick stop ins and it's close enough that we could walk back and drop things in the room and pop back out to continue shopping and dining. Could hear guests moving around on upper floors but we were always so exhausted from daily adventures that it didn't bother our sleep. Plus they provide ear plugs if needed. Stayed in the Economy Quad room 103, and it had a sink but no toilet or shower. The shared shower and bathroom area was close to the room, so I didnt mind at all. There was a nice nook area with the fridge and microwave with room for storing luggage and a cooler. Have stayed other places in Leavenworth and this was much cleaner and nice by comparison. It was over 100 degrees a couple of the days, and the AC was great! Will definitely book here again.

No table or area to prep food but made it work. Also, there weren't any tissues provided, so ended up grabbing a bunch of napkins when out for dinner.

The property was spotless. Better than most large chains. Hardwood floors is the smart reason. The staff was very welcoming. They were helpful and friendly. They knew me by name. They were a great team who enjoyed working together. It was very apparent. This was a great choice being in the center of downtown. It was a hostel, but I’m not too old to share! The bathroom access was right down the hall. No worse than college or camp! I had a sink in my room. I was there as a parade marshal for the Autumn Leaf parade and stayed 2 nights. Even had a Bier Garden party with a band Saturday night! They also serve food and drink at great prices. Try their Lemonade. I’ll definitely come back next year! I even tried the hammock in my room. After 30 minutes I rolled back in to bed! My body would hate me in the morning!

Nothing really. Even sharing a spotlessly clean bathrooms was great!

Location was great. Cute room with nice amenities (cup, extra blanket, etc). Nice view of Xmas lights in town. Clean and comfortable (aside from heat issue). Found some GREAT restaurants within walking distance!

Parking was a little tight so walked everywhere once parked. Heating system wasn't turning off at set temp - staff tried to fix but didn't help - had to sleep with window open (with snow on the ground). Downstairs pub wasn't open while we were there which was disappointing, but found options in town. Hammock in room more for decoration - too high to get into. Slipped in shower - needs a mat provided.

Such a brilliant location, right in the middle of it all and so easy to just walk anywhere. The room was great and loved all the extra touches in the room! The cafe was also great and nice to have the beer garden. Would definitely stay here again if we came back. A lot of the hotels in the area seem to be cute but old fashioned in the bedrooms so it was nice to find this hotel that was clean and modern but had its cute quirks. And parking is included!!

These were really minor but there was no hairdryer in the room and no full length mirror. This didn’t affect our stay but I hadn’t come prepared hairdryer wise which is on me as I just expected it!

VERY clean. Room quite large. It’s a bit zen. Clean lines, bright, utilitarian but not starkly so. Clearly a haven at the end of a great time out in the town or surrounding area.

I did check in on line as per messages and email which went well. But I wasn’t sure about parking and a few qxs. I didn’t readily see the li’l barista bar was also actually front desk and for maybe 1 minute nobody was there (he was helping another guest). However he was excellent and parking card etc were waiting in the room. That had not been mentioned in messages for newbies. Might be good to communicate that after someone finishes the online check in and gets room # and door code.

We came to see the Christmas lights and we really enjoyed the hotel. It was so central to the main street and lights. We also loved how cute and clean the room was and how friendly the staff were. Overall, our experience was wonderful!

The walls are a little thin and we could hear stomping and yelling and some talking from the main hallways and other rooms, but it wasnt too big of a deal! Ear plugs are provided as well in the hotel room.

Loved how close it was to downtown. Loved that it was quiet and peaceful. There were items in the room to borrow for outdoor adventures like an ice chest.

You could hear almost everything. It is an older hotel so not much sound proofing. We turned up the ac to have some background noise. Older hotel so you could hear people walking around. No TV remote.

Great location, layout, and amenities. The whole experience is designed to maximize comfort and leisure and it all works. Boot warmers in the room were a hit, as was the hammock. Excellent selection of drinks and food at the front desk, and staff was kind and receptive. We loved it and will return!

There were automated deals from the property that generated from Booking.com and landing in my email inbox, and I couldn’t figure out how to stop them. Small thing, and unrelated to the actual stay.

Great location (close to downtown and the river), coffee and bar at the hotel was convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy and the ability to use the gear in the room during our stay (Rumpl blanket, yeti cooler, hammock) was super cool!

The shower in our room was not completely clean (grime around the drain and in corners), there was a loose tile in the bathroom as well

It’s was all great, super friendly and supportive staff, beds were comfortable.

No WIFI password in room and had to search it out, no shower soap offered in showers - in room had shampoo, conditioner and hand soap only. Also had no idea you had a cocktail bar offering - would have spent money there to enjoy to ambiance rather than having to search out a bar.
