The location is absolutely amazing. You're right in the center of town, steps away from food, fun, and just around the corner from the famous lights! It was so clean, decorated for Christmas complete with a tree, and even has a nice fireplace with logs provided. Private reserved parking is such a fantastic perk. Beds were comfy, bathroom was big enough, kitchen had what we needed - I have no complaints.

We had the queen suite which I knew when I booked did not have the great balcony view of the city lights. Instead, we had a view of the parking lot. But honestly this is not a big negative, I think it is actually probably quieter not having windows facing the busy street side. So really, nothing negative.

The location was excellent. The photograph shows a balcony that looks like it’s off of the main street, but the rooms are accessed by the alley, and our view looked over the parking lot. Still, the apartment was beautifully appointed, still with Christmas decorations, which was great. Very clean. It worked perfectly for our group. The kitchen is well appointed, and I wish that we had been prepared to utilize it more.

Just be prepared, the stairs from the back alley are dingy and well worn. They don’t reflect the apartments themselves and are utilized by the stores that occupy the same building down below

The location is the best you will find! Apartment is clean and has all basic amenities. I usually stay in 4 star Hilton or Hyatt’s but for this trip wanted location. I was blown away, such a perfect family holiday stay. Will do it next year for sure! First night I wasn’t feeling well so I sat on the balcony and watched all the festivities and could watch my kids sledding. Picture is taken from room #2 balcony. Room 1 also has gorgeous Mountain View’s but facing south away from downtown towards the hospital.

WiFi was a little spotty but not a big deal. There was a dvd player available and we always bring dvds for the kids just in case. On weekend nights the sledding hill was very noisy until past 11pm which made it very hard for my kids to fall asleep in the living room. But the bedrooms are in the back and those were quiet.

Unbelievable location! The parking spot is a big deal too. The apartment was very clean and nice amenities with thoughtful touches. Two separate bedrooms with a queen bed in each. TVs in both bedrooms. Full kitchen, dining table, and living room.

The mattresses were not the most comfortable. And the sofa bed was broken so you can't use that as a bed. There is quite a long stairway to climb, which didn't bother us but guests should be aware.

The location is amazing and having a parking spot was a huge plus. We loved having the fireplace, living and dining space and and 2 bedrooms made it perfect for 2 couples. Did not use the washer but great to have as an option and WiFi worked well. Very well equipped kitchen.

The beds were slightly firmer than I prefer, but bedding was great. Noise from neighbors, but we’re in downtown Leavenworth during Oktoberfest, so noise is expected.

This property is amazing! We liked that it was right on Front Street, that there were two bedrooms, a big living run tv, fireplace, balcony with a view, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, extra blankets, and the CHRISTMAS TREE WAS AMAZING. Didn’t even mind the stairs. We loved everything about this place!

Location, location , location! Also the suite was very clean and roomy. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped. Two couples or a family of four could comfortably stay here.

The parking was extremely tight. The two very steep flights of stairs going into the suite were a great challenge to two 70 year old women with bad knees.

Second time staying here and everything was great, again :) Cindy was very responsive via text, when we arrived, the parking spot was taken but she had it remedied quickly while we unloaded our stuff.

Coffee maker didn't work, otherwise all was great! The bed in the bedroom on the right squeaks something ferocious, but comfy and I appreciated all the pillows.

The location, the apartment, deck, and simple check in. Great value and a wonderful space. Loved the holiday decor and having everything we needed to cook meals.

Not being able to select or knowing which of the two apartments you reserved until the day of arrival.

Everything. Great location. Spacious. Great condition. Very nice management.

Stairs. 19 to the landing + 17 to the unit. Doable for us, but not great for all. It has to be disclosed.
