I recently stayed at Avid Hotel and had a fantastic experience! The hotel is very modern, clean, and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day. The design is fresh and up-to-date, and everything feels very well-maintained. One of the highlights was their complimentary breakfast—simple, yet very nice and fresh, with a variety of options to start your day right. What really stood out was the service. Paul, the ambassador, was amazing! He went above and beyond by personally checking in with all the guests to make sure everything met their expectations. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guest experience and represents the Avid standards perfectly. If you’re looking for a clean, modern hotel with great service and a nice breakfast, I highly recommend Avid Hotel. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The Sales Manager Paul was very welcoming at breakfast. The hotel was clean and had a modern feel to it - even in downtown Wenatchee. The beds were comfortable and sufficient parking. It was a quiet location even on the main road.

The breakfast was just okay. Any hot items were in a bag that you had to microwave (didn't try them because I didn't have a good experience at another hotel with those). The rest of the selections were good - although, it would be nice to have tongs for the bagels... I didn't get one because of that. The room was a bit small if you are going to stay longer than a couple of days, but it met our needs.

This was a fantastic stay! New property, exceptionally clean with a friendly staff. The gym / fitness area was one of the main items I was looking for during my stay and it was a phenomenal area of the facility. The downstairs breakfast worked well to grab a bite heading out the door, and the common kitchen area worked well to service all clients. The room was comfortable and provided all the amenities and functionality I needed for this business trip. I will plan on staying here again - a great hotel!

The breakfast was better than expected and we enjoyed the offerings. The cleanliness was a huge factor for us with things well arranged and convenient. I enjoyed using the pool and hot tub and the chioce of amenities in the bath and shower was especially nice.

It would have been nice to have more comfortable seating in the room. One small desk chair was not really enough for two people to be comfortable and we do not enjoy lounging on a bed. The small refrigerator seemed loose in its place and one of the soap dispensers in the bathroom shower was not working properly.

Lovely colour scheme/aesthetic. The rooms were spacious and clean. Air-conditioning The room and lobby area were so cute!

Breakfast options. Understood that breakfast is included in the stay so we shouldn’t be asking for too much though please at least get a new coffee supplier. It didn’t taste like coffee at all.

Location was nice. Grocery shopping and restaurants close by. Room was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable as well

The floor in the room looked clean but after walking around after a shower my feet were pretty dirty. I hadn’t left the room so I know it was the floor in our room

The breakfast was pretty good - I lean toward the healthy, and the IHG hotel in Bend (Element) had a slightly healthier breakfast. I just love the efficiency and cleanness of these hotels.

This hotel is excellent.. Great value and has all the amenities you could ask for. Breakfast was good with many choices. The staff was superb. All new hotels should be built like this one. 🙂🙂🙂

The room was very roomy and comfortable. The bathroom was clean roomy and with full amenities.

The shower should have a bigger edge down so water would not spill outside the shower onto the toilet and sink area.

the fire alarm went off, the emergency lights did not work. so if the building would of been filled with smoke we would not of found the staircases down. and the main entrance was located street side where it is not handy for check-in. Also, the person manning the check-in desk was not sure how to check us in because the booking company had already pulled our money and paid them.
