The room was very comfortable and clean. Excellent location, near stores, restaurants, freeway, and the river walk.

Breakfast - total false advertising! "Breakfast" consisted of a small lunch sack with a water bottle (!), a cheap no-name pastry not even as good as a twinkie, and a really poor quality apple - in Wenatchee! Apple capital of the world!! This is not breakfast. I don't mind the grab n go aspect, but give us juice and a decent pastry and real fruit, maybe some yogurt or a boiled egg. Or just skip advertising 'breakfast' entirely. Wenatchee has warehouses full of high-quality apples so I don't know where they got what they gave us.

Though flooring was linoleum, room was very clean. Appreciated lights on both sides of the bed.

Additional charge for pet and large deposit was not explicit in the reservations for a pet friendly property. Bathroom fan operated in connection to the bathroom light, noisy air conditioner that recycled at various intervals all night long disturbing our sleep.

This property was in a perfect location, it was beyond clean and the manager was phenomenal! He was so kind and made our stay very special by offering such great service

I loved the property is in a great city! It’s located 30 mins from Leavenworth and 45 to Lake Chelan! Makes for a perfect winter/summer hotel :)

The staff is great and works to meet your needs promptly.

The deadbolt on the door did not work. It would work when the door was open but once you closed the door it would not work. I tried to pull the door tighter and to push it out a bit but it would not remedy the deadbolt problem. The normal lock worked fine so I let itslide.

I really liked the staff, it was nice to check in, the room was clean and cozy, the neighbors didn't bother me at all, it was very welcoming!

Friendly staff. Clean rooms, nice pool, staff was accommodating for ground floor room due to my inability to climb stairs due to my leg.

The room was very tidy. And the jacuzzi tub was a plus. Worst part of the stay was the coffee. And it wasn't bad.
