It was clean and very comfortable! The staff was pleasant and thoughtful. I usually have trouble with waking up with my hips hurting but the mattress was very comfortable and didn’t have any issues sleeping! I would definitely stay here again!

There wasn’t enough parking. I had to drop my parents off at the front door and park out back late at night. I just lucked out that there was one spot left! There wasn’t enough tables in the breakfast area. We happened to be staying the weekend that there were sports tournaments going on so the breakfast area was really busy and there was no where to sit. The food was great though once we were able to sit down and enjoy it.

Basic Breakfast, but enough to get you started for the day. Although I did not try their dinner, it is very rare to see hotels serving complimentary dinners- this is especially great news for business travelers as we are always on the go and don't really have the luxury to choose what to eat. Also, the front staffs were all very friendly, and out of the 4 hotels I stayed at on my recent trip, I felt most "welcome" at Springhills. I am sure different Springhills locations would have different staff and "Hotel Culture" but I can see the location in Wenatchee had excellent staff and customer service training (from the front staff to the cleaning team). I rarely comment on these reviews (only negative experiences) but I felt compelled to leave a good review for the sake of the staff there. A+!

I did not like the smell of the pool coming to the lobby/elevator area.

The room was spacious, the pool was warm and comfortable, the lobby had lots of tables for playing games

Had to pay a lot for the laundry machines, breakfast was very busy and the whole lobby got trashed both mornings. The fridge didn't seem to be working well and was small with no separate place for a freezer. The rooms did not block noise well and we could hear voices and babies crying while trying to to fall asleep.the room was expensive for what we got.

This hotel was fantastic! Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious, and the dining area was always well-maintained. As a nice touch, they even served fresh cookies each evening. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

The foyer and common area of the hotel are nice, including the stairwell….I like to take the stairs and get some exercise when possible and this one was one of the best I’ve seen. The Manager’s Reception is a wonderful touch and breakfast is good.

Our toilet was leaking so we had to put a towel around the base.

Nice property overall. Love room layout. Great breakfast.

Shower was missing strip under door so water would cover the bathroom floor. Safety hazard. On Sunday, pool had no clean towels and there were dirty towels overflowing hamper plus laying around in several places.

Breakfast was great. Wi-Fi was excellent when conducting work. Spacious rooms. Breakfast was great. Bit chaotic during the morning rush. The most comfortable bed in our USA travels.

I loved the size of the room. I also loved the pull out couch that was great for the kids. It was a beautiful room all around. And the hotel was very accommodating keeping us all together.

My shower was broken and my coffee maker was dirty. I was also told dogs were not allowed at this hotel. So I boarded my dog before I came. Just to find out dogs are allowed. Their were dogs everywhere and my pull out couch had dog hair on it.

Breakfast was good! Liked the toppings for the oatmeal. Coffee was great too! We loved the spicy chicken wraps at dinner. The homemade cookies were a nice treat after dinner!

The scrambled eggs didn't have much flavor.

The staff was so friendly! They went out of their way to accommodate my family. We also appreciated this facility having a larger room for our family of 6.

The pool was cold! We could barely stand being in the pool room because our eyes and lungs were burning from too much chlorine. That was a bummer for the kids! The beds weren’t the most comfortable either, but there have been worse!
