The staff were excellent. One female staff member was cleaning up a tipped over breakfast tray and was still kind to the patrons complaining about the breakfast supplies. Sorry I don't have her name.

There were some areas of the room that hadn't been cleaned. Some marks in the bathtub, sticky residue on the night table. We had excellent service when our original room 115 did not have a/c working. They moved us to room 117 and then checked room 115 for the issue with the air conditioner.

Nice size room with a comfortable bed. I liked the style of bathroom and the mirror over the sink was a nice upgrade with the light built in. The TV offered good options and fridge was very helpful. Good coffee.

Open and partially confused soda in the fridge and a dirt smear in the shower made me concerned about other cleaning. No grass outside for dogs to use and lots of rocks to walk on. Hotel is on a sideroad but the main road is really loud.

The breakfast options could include a few healthier options such as yogurts, more fresh fruits, sausage or bacon besides sausage gravy everyday. The first morning we were there, the hotel was very full, but the breakfast lacked enough food for everyone. This was at about 8:00am. No eggs, coffee was empty, waffle mix and syrup ran out, milk ran out and orange juice was empty. Only one breakfast worker and she seemed confused or stressed and not able to keep up. Many people seemed upset or put out. On a ‘busy’ day, more prep needs to be planned and maybe more help.

Some random hairs in the shower and when I dropped my bottle cap and it rolled a bit under the bed, when I picked it up it had a hair on it….so maybe a bit more of a vacuum?

The helpful staff were very kind and took care of every need or problem that I expressed to them they were very courteous and respectful

High construction going on around the outside of the hotel grounds and the fact that the whole hotel will not have any power from 9pm to 5am

Our room was very nice and clean. As a former hotel/motel housekeeper, that is extremely important to me. The bed was firm and comfortable. I loved the desk chair. The location was great with plenty of shopping and food choices all around. The breakfast selection was very nice. We had waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, juice and coffee. I will definitely choose the Wenatchee Quality Inn again.

Breakfast was a bit sluggish at first. The room wasn't open at 7 a.m. and when it opened the coffee decanters weren't full. The sausage wasn't cooked properly and only half of each link was eatable.

Location was good, front desk guy was very nice, breakfast was okay...

Internet was in and out and had issues with it the entire time. Front desk guy addressed it a few times but never seemed to fix totally.

Good place to stay hotel rooms are nice and the pool is heated just enough to not be to cold or hot and hotel breakfast was really good as well

wifi doesn’t work and tv channels don’t work

Easy go get to. Lots of parking. Heater worked well.

The frezzer was frozen shut. The handle for turning on the shower was super hard to operate. The place had a over powering smile of Pine Sol cleaner.

The rooms were well-maintained and breakfast was good, except for the bread that ran out and wasn't refilled, but they had a good spread.

In general, I had a great time during my stay. I can't say anything negative about it, to be honest.
