We had a pool room but we had our dog with us. So we appreciated the dog pool room which has a view of the pool but the gate to the pool is in front. It was nice actually because our dog was secure when we sat outside on the patio. And having the patio was really nice. Staff was really nice and welcoming. We love having guest laundry available and we used it. Easy drive to the park along the river to walk the dog. We grabbed some yogurt, apples and oranges in the am to take with us.

Again being in the dog room, heavy deodorizer smell that was uncomfortable. Most hotels do this and I wish they wouldn't. It's not good for any of us. Kids were yelling at the pool in the early evening but I guess kids will be kids...which is why we have a dog ;)

Breakfast was as expected and had something for everyone. Barb was quick to replenish any food that was low in volume. The location was good. We loved having the Olive Garden across the street for a great late meal. Mostly we liked Jay who greeted us at check in and Barb who assisted our checkout. Both were so helpful and accommodating. They are both certainly an asset to the hotel and made our stay very enjoyable.

We enjoy the location close to family. Hotel is older (looks are a little deceiving) but they take great care of the building.

The back door is broken and not so secure. We did not have any issues but did see some unsavory people in the back (near the abandoned building) wandering in the evenings which did cause some worry.

The location of the property & the room were perfect! It was very clean & the Staff was very accomodating.

The bottom sheets don't stay on the beds. The towels are paper thin. There was only one bar of soap to share with the 2 sinks. The hotel seemed fairly full. Surely you can afford better linens & 2 bars of soap.

Booked room months in advance with pool view but had to move mid stay cause they didn’t have a pool view room. Paid extra for pool view and didn’t get it at first. It is an older building and could use some updating but you get what you pay for I guess.

Good, fresh and very clean breakfast food and room. Room was very clean and ready. I used the washer/dryers and that room was spic and span. Friendly and helpful front desk staff.

It had only table and floor lamps in the main room. I'd like it if there was a ceiling light that light up the room. It seemed a bit dark except for right under the table and floor lamps. Gene

The place was quiet and clean. Felt safe in the area, convenient location to anything you would need. Room was clean and spacious. The staff and everyone we encountered were super nice.

Breakfast was okay. It was continental so I didn't expect much, but even some bananas or fresh apples (the ones put out were wrinkly) would have been nice. Door closest to our room was broken from the outside so we had to go all the way through the lobby each time. Only putting this here because we were travelling with 2 dogs so this was pretty inconvenient.

The staff was very friendly.

There were some cobwebs on upper fixtures and dust on the plants in the stairwell. The full breakfast with eggs was only on the weekend. There is no elevator and I had to carry my luggage upstairs.
