The spa was most of the time empty, and it was great to be there after a day full of experiences. The pool's temperature is approx 38 degrees. The team was very nice to us and always tried to assist with every request. The hotel also has a 1.1km waking path into the jungle, awesome!

Unfortunately the hotel is very old, it seems that the walls were made from paper, you can hear EVERYTHING from the next rooms. The breakfast was not good in our opinion, very low variety. The outside pool is very dirty. Next to the pool you can find a game room, most of the games are broken.

The pool was filled with bugs… water was clear you can tell they manage the pool well except unfortunately they didn’t clean the pool with the net or vacuum and there were so many bugs floating everywhere it was unpleasant

The restaurant was exceptional and the food was priced appropriately. Staff were very accommodating and helpful and the reception lady spoke fluent English

The shower handle would fall off No window screen to keep mosquitoes out and let fresh air in, unfortunate since dengue is quite bad right now

Really nice hotel with great swimming pool and buffet breakfast was really nice!

Ordered some food in the evening and it wasn't great, a pasta that seems to have been made with leftovers from the buffet breakfast!

I didn’t like the fact that we booked 2 rooms for 4 nights and they said that it was A$1000. then in my Australian debit card, I’ve got charged A$1500
