The hotel is fantastic, situated conveniently next to the US Consulate, making it stress-free for traverlers like myself that come to that region for visa interviews. The facilities are superb, with an outstanding breakfast and delightful dining options. Additionally, the 11th floor boasts a top-notch fitness center, relaxation area, and my personal favorite, a dry sauna that truly made my day. While it was a bit pricier than anticipated, the experience it offers is exceptional. If you're willing to pay the price, it's definitely worth it.

I'm currently in the process of emailing the property to obtain my invoice. It's perplexing to me why this isn't an automated procedure. Given that I need to prepare an expense report, having the invoice readily available is crucial, especially since a printed option wasn't even offered. This oversight is quite disappointing from my perspective. For a hotel of this caliber, having the experience tarnished by such an unnecessary administrative hurdle seems nonsensical. I urge you to address this issue promptly.

When booking didn't realize it was more of a conference hotel, loved everything else about it, just needed more things for the kids to do, so we transferred to the Novotel Morumbi

Very well located. A stone throw to the American consulate, walking distance to a large shopping mall, restaurants, grocery shops, etc.

We loved the breakfast and the room. In addition to the attention of the staff, in short the stay was great!

The breakfast was pretty good with Nespresso and bakery. Location close to Morumbi mall is pretty convenient and rooms are modern and comfortable

The staff was very polite and friendly. Room service was pretty fast. Breakfast was particularly tasty. Excellent location.
