My daughter uses a wheelchair, and the accessible room we had was fabulous! Clean, spacious, well laid out. Staff super friendly, too. Breakfast good.

The hotel doesn‘t have a restaurant for evening meals, only a bistro facility with very limited choices. We were only there for two nights so it was ok for us but I could imagine that this would be an issue if you stayed longer. The hotel is on the outskirts of Krefeld with not much around. Again, worked for us on this occasion but might not suit everyone.

If you need a stop-over hotel that is clean, comfortable, easy to park at, and very accessible off the autobahn network AND exceptionally keenly priced, it doesn't get much better than this. If you need it for a holiday destination, then maybe not, although if you have a car, then its a great base. The breakfast was excellent and filling and a great way to start the day, and the 24hr check-in is an absolute boon if you are travelling and things don't go to plan. Parking is on-site and is a doddle but there is a daily charge which you can pay at the machine.

Hotel was easy to reach. No problem having a dog with you. Room nice and clean, even provided with iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Beds were extremely comfortable and nice and wide. Man at the checkout was really nice and friendly. Should we be in this area again, we would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast buffet. There were no seats/tables free when we got there. We ended up sitting on a Sofa by the front door and feeling really cold because of everyone coming and going through the door! The buffet area was quite narrow and seemed slightly chaotic, we had to keep waiting for something to be refilled! The coffee was good though!

Clean new vibrant hotel, overall the staff were great. Showers are amazing for someone who is tall. Rooms are large and spacey.

Just one staff member upon check in was not polite or helpful. Thats the most important time when you have not stayed there before. All other members of staff were amazing Breakfast has limited options but gets the job done. Always clean and tidy around breakfast.

Cleanliness

By not telling the guest that the parking is parking fees, and second day money was deducted from your card amount of 12€ that is very very bad, because their are many places around the hotel that are free parking

Excellent hotel, staff very helpful, very clean and breakfast very good.

Only downside is that it is out of town, which is ok if you do not want to go into town but without a car, the numerous trips we made to town and back via taxi became expensive. This is not a problem with the hotel, just something guests need to be aware of.

Friendly staff, very easy to check in, quiet location especially on weekends, but short trip to main centres like Krefeld or nearby Fischeln

Would be great for more dining options, but it was always clear these are limited

It was a standard Continental breakfast. It had a good selection, as much as you wanted and a take away if needed. Really good.

It was a bit far out of Krefeld really which meant a lot of taxi fares which were not cheap. I thought that the parking at 12 euros a night was expensive.

I liked very much the buffet breakfast, which was plenty. Also the rooms and hotel was very clean and modern. And the big bed was so cosy, I never slept better in a hotel room. Thank you so much. ❤️

There wasn't a proper bar in this hotel, and no restaurant for lunch or dinner. And I dislike the powder Milk for Coffee and tea in the room. I don't see the point to be charged for parking, when this hotel is in middle of nowhere.
