Even though the lady didn’t speak English, she was very nice and tried to make everything as understandable as possible. Good location. It was very cheap and in a good zone.

You have to ask for the towels. Windows didn’t close properly so you might get a little cold.

Good location in friendly moroccan part of Düsseldorf (15-20 minutes away from city centre by walk and very close from tram or metro, train or metro station). Staff is very friendly and helpful. This hotel provides fair quality for the price. Beds are quite comfortable and bathroom is clean. We also spent 2 very quiet nights. Wifi was available and efficient.

Parking may be not so easy to find in the area. Furniture is a bit out of date, but still comfortable enough. Windows frames look quite old, but we didn't feel cold in the bedroom.

we arrived to the hotel too early and the girl from front desk Christina make us a priority and give us a room the soon as possible more sooner than check in. She was kind and very nice person to talk with, we ask to leave our baggage’s somewhere until our room is ready she show us a place and offered to keep an eye on them so we can make a walk. any other member of the staff was nice to us and helpful. It was more nicely than what we expected when we booking it. Small but beautyfull and cozy. Recommended.

Staff were very friendly and decent, location is great we actually reached the hotel walking from Flixbus station, Room and beds were very comfy and they changed the sheets and the towels everyday. Very good for an economic visit to dusseldorf

The bedroom and the bathroom. A supermarket exactly in front of the hotel as well. The receptionist is always willing to help.

The mattress, the neighborhood. I dont think is dangerous, but it seems. In spite of this, its not far from the central station. Only 15 min walking.

It was so noisy as it was on the road side. TV didn't work at all. Hot water kettle was so dirty. Rusty No key to lock the toilet The bed was not like in the picture showed..

The bathroom is not inside the room, and you can hear a lot of noise from others and guests (at least from the room I was in)

The location was great, very easy to get to. The girl at the reception was very friendly.

The only thing was that the room had a very strong smell of chlorine. It disappeared after airing, but in cold weather it can be noticeable.
