Small hotel which is part of a large chain. Being small it has retained a charm and friendliness that would be lost in a large hotel. Really lovely helpful friendly staff who went out of their way to make us welcome. We got to know them quite well in a short period of time and they helped us a lot when we were practicing our French language skills. Food was lovely at breakfast time and there is an abundance of places to eat nearby to keep you nourished in the way only the French can provide during the remainder of the day. The local Brasserie was fabulous. The hotel is a little out of town which made it quieter and added to the adventure of being in Paris. Excellent public bus services near by for which we used a "Navigo pass" to get about. We found that the buses created a better sense of place for us than travelling on the Metro.

The king size bed was actually two smaller beds pushed together which separated if you were in the middle but it was fine otherwise.

The room was clean, came with extra pillows, a coffee and tea maker. Sufficient storage for one large suitcase. I got upgraded to a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower, which was very much appreciated since my stays in Paris are usually based around "filo" flights. The breakfast buffet looked ample and should be a good option if you are unfamiliar with the area or do not want to venture out in the morning. Towels, bathroom amenities, and toiletries were plentiful.

The bathroom door knob had sharp edge around the lock area that needs to be smoothed off, I mentioned it to a different staff member than the one who checked me in, because that edge stands out enough to pierce your hand every time.

The room was great, bed was comfy and there were plenty of sockets, including USB and C-Type chargers, plus a fridge. The shower was a walk-in shower. The hotel is close to the event centre, just a short walk around the corner.

My room was one of the "courtyard" rooms, and didn't have a proper window (I mention this as the rooms in the main building have a view of the Eiffel Tower!! You could also hear every conversation held on the terrace. The toilet was so close the the wall and side of the shower that you have to sit sideways.

A good budget hotel with all you need in your room (I had a coffee machine, a kettle and a mini fridge/bar in my room). Breakfast (continental only) was very good with fresh orange juice and fresh fruit salad. The staff is very helpful and accomodating. The small lobby is very comfortable. Room and breakfast reasonably priced. The 16 (Place de l'Etoile) and 8 th districts of Paris can be reached easily by Uber (15 mns around 15 Euros+).

Bathroom needs updating. You can also hear everything from next rooms. This last point was not an big issue for me but other guests may find it disturbing. Tube is a bit far from hotel.

I liked its good heating with electrical heater. The room became warm quickly. I was worried about poor reviews in a website. But cleanness of the room looked fine and kindness of the reception was impressively nice. It might be caused by changing the hotel owner according to hotel's saying.

Metro is far from the hotel. It was expecting case because this street is residence area so that you need to walk or ride a bus to reach the metro station.

We loved the view on the Eiffel Tower which was unexpected. The heater was working great. It was clean and the staff was lovely. The location was great too

The only think to mention is that we can hear the sounds coming from the corridor. This wasn’t a huge issue for us but the sounds were quite loud and for someone who has a light sleep, it could be a challenge

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the common areas had a great atmosphere for socializing. Plus, its central location made it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for budget travelers looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Breakfast was very delightful. Variety of items from cold to hot and desserts too. Everything was available, I was even able to take my leftover plate of breakfast to my room. They were even looking out for my child whilst I went upstair t my room to get an item. Felt very safe throughout the hotel. Had a view of the Eiffel Tower from my from, was not expecting that, made my night! was amazed and made my money worth the value. Loved the window fully opening, perfect all round.

Nothing to not like about this place

The room was very comfortable, spacious, clean, the view of the tower was wonderful(+50 euros), the view of the park and the river was beautiful, not noisy. The room has everything including kettle, fridge, safe and heater - dehumidifier in the bathroom - it's brilliant! it was warm and pleasant to take a shower, a quality bathroom. Very comfortable beds. The staff works great, they replaced the double bed with separate beds the next day - at our request. The cleaning was top, the woman with the blond hair was very kind and nice. Staff on the 0 floor is very friendly and willing to help. The hotel manager - Director is professional and nice. Express breakfast is good (coffee, fresh juice and mini pastries).
