It was near the main attractions and the owner Patel was wonderful helping me get in contact with booking.com concerning a problem I had at a previous 1 bed apartment which I left in a hurry after 1 night as I believe the host came into the apartment when I was out for the day. Patel speaks French so he spoke to booking.com and waited patiently on hold and was marvelous helping me out. His Employee who cleans the rooms was so kind and accommodating at my every request. I highly recommend this hotel, good honest family owned and go out of their way to help. Thank you

The location and the view of the Cathedral of Lisieux. Public parking opposite in front of the cathedral. (A bit confusing with the payment system at the parking. Not related to the hotel.) The staff was very friendly and helpful. Brought us towel and a radiator because it was quite chilly weather but we didn’t need to use it. Nespresso machine in the room. Beds were comfortable. There was a lift.

Shower was a bit broken to switch between the shower heads (above head rain shower type head vs hand held shower head). Temperature and pressure were fine.

It was a pleasant stay and very clean . Breakfast was fine. Staff efficient and proprietor was friendy and helpful.

There wasn't anything not to like. A lovely town with beautiful old houses and a beautiful cathedrale. We would have liked to stay longer to explore more of the surrounding.

Location was convenient and very good. The breakfast was good and adequate. The proprietor was friendly. I certainly would stay there again.

It was very central, everything was in good order and very clean. The proprietor informed us about parking which was very helpful.

Very large comfortable room with bathroom well adapted for disabled occupants.

Only one complaint (not the fault of the hotel): we were woken up violently at 05:10 am by a council worker using a very loud aspirator to disperse fallen leaves just outside the window!!!! This ruined the night’s sleep. Totally inconsiderate and unacceptable.

Great location and excellent value for money. Efficient staff, very spacious room, comfortable bed and good breakfast.

Decor and fittings are rather « tired ». Disappointed that there had obviously recently been a smoker in the room.

The location was perfect and the room was clean

The room was very clinical and lacked warmth. Possibly because we had a dog with us.

For the price this hotel was a pleasant surprise. Rooms were lovely and clean. Hotel was close to everything
