I recently stayed at Harris Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary water and coffee. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Harris Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip!

HARRIS hotel really felt like a luxury hotel and I could not believe the price for the quality. The room had lovely views of the Surabaya skyline, the beds were very comfortable and there was a great swimming pool & gym. The breakfast room is huge and the buffet has a lot of options: both Indonesian & Western. The location is ideal, being just a 15 min walk from the train station and 20 mins by taxi to the airport. The staff are very friendly and helpful and even let us store our bags for a whole day when we went to hike Mount Bromo overnight! Would stay here again!

The staff were very accomodating and attentive. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was expensive but there were more choices than I could possibly eat. The pastries and drinks, in the lobby were divine. You get what you pay for and this was genuine luxury

I can't think of anything. 🤔 The lighting configurations in the room was difficult for me to navigate. Not straight forward but, once I was shown how, it was fine

Very good place for stay, easy to reached to the other place, very good for breakfast many choices.

Not easy to extend directly, didn't got for room, they said already booked, but I have to looking for through application, still got for the room.

The room was very clean and comes with a smart tv which is great. The staff were all super helpful and the breakfast was amazing - cuisines to suit everyone.

Everything was great but the location felt a little unsafe to walk alone at night.

Rooms are spacious and generally clean. Good central location. Would stay again.

Curtains could use a good cleaning! And it's not cheap, but the quality is there. For English speaking guests there will be a language barrier, as lots of Indonesians do not speak English very well. This is reflected in the staff..

- the location is strategic - near coffee shop and restaurants. in fact, there's a F&B merchants and convinience store + ATM on site (at pop hotel lobby but it's next door so no sweat) - love the swimming pool - the bed and the pillow so comfy, not to mention the Guling .. - The staff were nice.

- there's only one trash bin for the whole room, add one more would be nice. - have to call few times to get amenities (i stay with my mom and the amenities was for one person only) - no vallet parking available (at least when i stay here, i didn't get any info about this). - no spare mask available on the restaurant for the guest who forgot to bring one when having a breakie (like i did), so have to go back to 11th floor to get my mask.

The property was well loacted with nice restaurants and cordial staff. The pastries available were really nice.

The breakfast spread were really good. 24H in-room massage was a plus. Room and amenities were okay. Value for money.

The elevators were a bit slow.

The breakfast is amazing and the place of the breakfast area has a great view.

The door for the bathroom should have a lock. Should include more shampoo and add a conditioner.
