The location is very strategic and near to JIEXPO KEMAYORAN. The staffs are very polite, quick and very professional. They were so kind to let us check in at 12pm instead at 2pm. They were very helpful the entire of our stay. The receptionist the room service, the concierge all was very splendid! Definitely would come again because of the great service

If you are sharing 2 person in 1 room i suggest to get twin beds instead of a queen because the toilet is transparent. I can see my friend going to the toilet and doing their business and I can also see them in the shower. Was not a big deal because we just try to avoid looking when one is using the toilet. I couldn't get the twin bed because it was fully booked, so make sure to booked ahead of time

At 8th Floor Mangga 2 shopping Centre Easy to.find. Breakfast were great 👍. Staff very friendly . Not provide bottle drink inside room.Should get from water dispenser outside room. Food stall just beside the Mangga 2 Mall and also food court at Mangga 2 Mall. A&W also nearby.

Room's lighting very poor. Toilet very small . About 1 hour to Sukarno Hatta Airport,traffic congested due to road from Ibis hotel to Toll Highway closed If not close is very convenient.

Ibis Styles was in a great area. There are hawker style restaurants out the front that had delicious Indonesian and Chinese food. There were always Bluebird taxis waiting to take you where ever you want. The pool is at the Novotel but very easy to access and a beautiful big, clean pool. The breakfast is good, plenty of options. The staff are very helpful and we found them very knowledgeable about Jakarta and its attractions. Would stay here again.

Breakfast had a lot of wastage from guests that take too much and don't eat it. They then go and get more food and leave it. Maybe trial ala carte.

I was deeply impressed by the wonderful atmosphere filled with refreshing herbal scents throughout the hotel. The entire staff was exceptional, and I especially appreciated the receptionists who showed great experience, professionalism, and refined manners. The hotel's location was also perfect. Overall, all the staff members were outstanding and contributed to a truly pleasant stay.

Location is near the Jakarta International Stadium and also there are nearby restaurants/convenience store to buy food and other needed items. The room is spacious for two persons however the space between the twin beds area is too narrow, you couldn't walk between the two beds but its okay.

Wifi is a bit slow and sometimes disconnects on the phone. One of the lampshade in our room is not working. Also the water from the shower sometimes goes out causing some puddle build up in the powder room area. There is a 5,000 IDR parking charge whenever we are being picked up / dropped off by our Grab in the hotel, I hope there will be a grace period if the Grab car will only stay for a couple of minutes.

The amount for the night was withdrawn from me via Booking The receptionist withdrew 3 days' worth of money from me and informed me that the previous amount would be returned to my account It has now been 3 weeks and the money has not been returned to me

It was at strategic location for my needs, the room was spacious for two people, the staff was very helpful, the water heater worked well, very clean beds also.

There was a leaking coming out the floor, I hadn’t got time to report it to the staff because the leaking was at my last day of staying there. I’m so surprised there is no bidet so it’s kinda handy after doing your business.

Room was clean and comfortable. Furniture looked updated. Also the gym and the pool were really good. Staff, super helpful and friendly! Many thanks.

Close to Pademangan and locate in the center of Jakarta Utara. The room is good with comfy bed and clean. The staff were friendly and accomodating.

Maybe they should open more check in/out desks and staffs as the queue are very long in one time. Anyway i really appreciate the staff and they helps during our stay.

Pool isn't actually in hotel, it's in the Novotel next door which you can access but only if you find a member of staff to open the door which was sometimes difficult
