We'd stay again just because of the amazing front desk service, specially Benzon. He was incredibly professional and helped us with everything we needed, we were booked a room without street view, but thanks to Benzon, he gave us a way better room with street view, better shower, and more comfy. Pool and jacuzzi were great, clean, wide and almost just for the 2 of us. We used laundry room and was perfect as well.

Nothing, everything was perfect! Not about the hotel, but the restuarant they have next to it (Bourbon Street Bar and Grill) was a bit expensive, we didn't even enter.

Proximity to stores across street. Easy to get in & out from road. Staff very friendly & efficient.

Beds! I was there the week previous and had a king suite which was great. The bed was very comfortable. The queens this time were VERY soft. To the point it affected my sleep. Whenever I changed position it was a big effort to lift myself out of the sunken section. The guest service rep was very apologetic at checkout and reported they were new mattresses. The shower drain was loose and the opening beneath was poorly cut out and quite large so it would have been possible to injur oneself.

This property has two buildings - I was in the south, satellite unit in a large, main floor room without a view (windows looked directly at a hedge). The room was spacious, clean, well furnished, and very quiet. The room had strong door security features. Ideal for road trip accommodation.

Accessing parking lot is bit awkward (and made confusing by fact that there is a second Prestige property just down the street - my GPS was totally confused). And, I was surprised to hear, and FEEL, a train pass by very close (there's a CN spur that is occasionally used - there was no train during the night).

Convenient, well priced, beds comfortable, air conditioning great, had essentials in the room.

Insulation not good, very noisy when neighbour's flushed toilet & showered. Signage: Outside lots of doors no sign for Hotel Lobby. Inside again lots of doors no directional signs. No pens/paper in room. No menu for restaurant. No information about Vernon in room. Also Green discount voucher should be for # of nights booked. 2 night stay two vouchers. Not one.

The whole experience was fantastic. Our check in went smoothly, the staff at the front desk was great. We must give a big thank you to our server at Bourbon St. Restaurant in the hotel. We arrived quite late but she made us feel welcome and like we were valued customers. I haven't had such good customer service in forever. She went above and beyond. We also enjoyed the hot tub, laundry services and the bed was comfy and the room was clean. Overall, excellent stay.

The beds and rooms were very nicely appointed and updated. The Showers had wonderful pressure and while the heads weren't "massaging" they had enough flow and pressure to make for a relaxing shower. I had forgotten to print some documents off and the staff were extremely helpful printing them on-time and having them ready when I needed them. Restaurant was great, very fresh and nice selection

It was slightly inconvenient to access the rooms as we were staying in what looks like an addition above the conference center. If the exterior doors had access key to the room card it would make accessing rooms with luggage and/or lower mobility clients a breeze. Additionally, while we found the restaurant to be very good I found it to be priced on the higher end for what the food on offer was.

Everything was perfect. Room was really comfortable and clean, and was already in a comfortable temperature with AC when we arrived (it was a very hot summer day). The whole hotel seems pretty new and well maintained. The desk staff are very friendly as well. And the pool and jacuzzi are the cherry on the cake. For the same price as this one, I've been to far worse hotels, on this same trip. So overall a pretty good cost/benefit.

The fridge in the room is actually more of a wine/beverages fridge. So to store actual food in it, the machine has to work really hard to keep things cold. The fridge was on all night unless we turned down the thermostat.

The staff were all pleasant and greeted us with a smile anytime they saw us. Check-in and check-out were easy and quick. Fred helped me both times. I called the front desk from my room with a few questions, and they responded quickly, which was appreciated.The pool and hot tub were clean and so fun. I loved the number and choices of pillows on the bed. The hair dryer provided was good quality. The Bourbon Street Bar and Grill was also very good, as were the staff. I would definitely stay there again!

I was not sure how to order room service and may have liked that on one occasion. I would have liked a mouthwash included in the toiletries provided in the room.

Lovely staff, very helpful, room was very clean, and cool when we arrived.

This place is a little on the pricey side, but the comfortable beds, spacious and clean room helped make up for the cost It would have been better if the fridge was on a small side table, I had to get onto the floor to put our groceries and drinks into the fridge.

Recently renovated, the prestige was a really nice hotel. The restaurant Bourbon Street Grill is delicious. My room was reasonably priced and had a nice bed.

The layout is a bit different. I think they had a door closed in the main area that was closed due to renovations, so navigating around was a bit confusing.
