Location was very convenient, front desk staff efficient and helpful. My partner had mobility issues and staff accommodated us by providing a first floor room with standard double beds. room was very quiet, spacious and clean. Beds and pillows were VERY comfortable, shower was very good with great water pressure and there were very soft towels. Coffee provided in room was also very good and It was convenient to have Denny's restaurant next door with good service and prices. Booking a month ahead we were very happy with the room price. Overall staying at this Sandman was very good value and we would definitely stay here again.

The TV was a bit small and over in a corner instead of central. room mirror was off to the side of the desk and dresser. Room was a bit dark, but great for sleeping.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean.

The television has very limited choice and the remote was missing buttons. Seems an upgrade is overdue. Our particular room was inundated with a very strange smell for a good two hours in the later evening. Not sure if it was A/C related or weed related from within the complex which made getting to sleep very difficult. I do not want to over hammer the negatives but these seemingly trifle matters made for an uncomfortable sleep.

The lady at the desk on nights when we arrived was the most helpful, cheerful and friendly staff member of any hotel we have stayed at in 30 years. It was a last minute booking. But it didn't matter she was lovely. The hotel was one of the cleanest hotel rooms we have had even better than some of the fancier hotels we have stayed at. Couldn't ask for more

The only thing we could say is if you needed an elevator they don't have one however one end of the hotel did have ground floor rooms. So specify if you need. We did not need it this time.

The location of this hotel is great. Lots of things to do around the hotel. Always staff at the front desk there to help you out. We had to book a last minute stay here and the staff was nothing but accommodating. The front desk clerk Chaitali deserves 5 stars all the way for her ability to handle all of the chaos in a friendly and quick manner. 10 out of 10 would recommend this hotel

Clean, quiet, and friendly staff while checking in. Excellent Asian restaurant next door. Denny’s on site for breakfast was busy and worth the wait.

We liked the area and decided to stay another night (Sunday). After calling the office to book another night the girl would not give us the same rate as we had received the previous night through booking.com so we went elsewhere.

My husband had a stroke and since it was all new to me I didn't think of asking for a room with a walk in shower or on the ground floor at first. We were given the room with no problem and weren't charged any more. The shower was excellent and the beds were very comfortable. The staff on check-in and check-out were very nice.

I looked online for the best rate and when I phoned the hotel expecting to get that rate the lady said that was the rate online and I'd have to book through them. I didn't book til the next morning and their rate had gone up. Upon checkout the lady told me that I wouldn't be getting the points because I had booked through a 3rd party but that they do price match. I told her my experience and she said she would be sure that she would speak to the manager about it because all the desk staff should know they do price match. I have been a member of RSVP rewards since it started and participated in the 12 stays and 1 free for years before that.

Great location. Great having Dennys Restaurant attached and 24hours. Pool was really nice and a great temperature.

The key card was very frustrating and sometimes took at least 20 swipes to be able to enter.

The hotel was well positioned. The staff were all lovely and welcoming. The room was very well appointed with all you need. The bathroom was lovely too.

When we entered the room, there was a terrible sweaty smell. I think perhaps the carpets need cleaning as everything else appeared very clean. Apart from that, it was very good.

The meals at Denny's were very good. The location of being on site was convenient.

The parking was my only dislike. Denny's patrons would take parking that should have been left for hotel guests only. Had to park a couple of times in the far end in front of Denny's while patrons took hotel guest spots.

Stayed at this location last year and we will do it next year. It's quiet, clean, handy for the person we visit, and after driving all day, the pool is welcome. Bed is very comfortable. staff are great!
