Beautiful resort overlooking Okanagan Lake and the surrounding hills. Amazing infinity pool, great spa, spacious rooms, nice Austrian hut:) Overall a wonderful experience.

Just a few small things to improve the guest experience like a coffeemaker& tea kettle in the room. Also there is no water supplied and no convenient store to buy any. A hotel of this calibre should have this available for their guests! Also, as nice as the crystal lights in the room are, they are too bright at night and we had to throw a towel over it to dim the light A third set of towels is standard in most hotels and would enhance the stay. The food in the Austrian hut was not so good, schnitzel and chicken seemed fried. Service and the view was great though:) And the hut was really special!

We haven’t been to Sparkling Hill since our stay in 2021 (where the province ordered a partial shut down during our stay). The saunas and spas are good and it was nice to use them again. The decor is nice. Gerni’s was new to us and was beautiful and the food was good.

The food at Peak Fine wasn’t great. We went for dinner and had breakfast and agreed that we should have tried Gerni’s or gone offsite for dinner. I got the eggs benedict for breakfast and had to saw through the English muffins. It was difficult to access our room (0 level) if the elevator was in demand.

I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, and the spa facilities were absolutely top-notch. The pool, sauna, and treatments were incredibly relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist, adding to the high-end feel of the place.

The one area that felt unnecessarily complicated was the breakfast process. To dine at the restaurant, we were required to make a reservation in advance. While this might make sense for a busy or small dining area, the restaurant had plenty of available tables every morning during our stay. It seemed excessive to have to go through the reservation process. It’s a minor inconvenience, but having to pre-plan something as simple as breakfast felt a little unnecessary, and it slightly detracted from the otherwise relaxed atmosphere.

The facility is amazing! Very friendly staff, exceptional service. The view is very scenic with mountains and the lake view. Lot of options for different saunas, swimming pools, and activities such as yoga and guided hiking. The food was really good, I like that we had 3 options of restaurants. This trip was really great to relax deeply and recharge the batteries. All the stress was left behind! We are thinking of coming back next year!

Leaving the place was the hardest part as the stay was so great!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sparkling Hill Resort, and it truly exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was in awe of the stunning alpine views and the beautiful, serene surroundings. The Crystal Spa is an absolute highlight, providing an unforgettable experience that left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The attention to detail in the design and service was impeccable, and I felt pampered throughout my stay. I highly recommend Sparkling Hill Resort for anyone looking for a tranquil retreat with top-notch amenities. Can’t wait to return!

While my stay at Sparkling Hill Resort was mostly fantastic, there were a few aspects that could be improved. The location is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views and an incredibly peaceful atmosphere. The Crystal Spa was a highlight, offering a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. However, I did feel that the pricing for some of the services was a bit steep, particularly the dining options, which, while high-quality, didn’t quite match the value for money I was expecting. Additionally, I found the check-in process to be a little slow and could have been more efficient. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was wonderful, and I’d still highly recommend Sparkling Hill Resort for anyone seeking a luxury retreat

High end location with great views and friendly, attentive staff. Large spa with many options for treatments and pools/areas for relaxing.

Calling and trying to communicate with Kurspa to book or change an appointment may be a challenge when busy. Showed up for a treatment and no one assigned to provide the service, room not prepared. I share as I believe the Kurspa goal is to provide a great experience that matches the facility, I don't think this is normal to encounter the above.

The view from the 3rd floor was incredible especially overlooking the lake. It was stunning during the day and even cooler to see everything changes at night with all the beautiful lights. The room blew my wife and myself away and the saunas and pools were great. This was our first trip and are looking forward to booking a weekend getaway later this year!

The only thing we didn't like was the bath wouldn't fill with warm water. We could only get it to Luke warm. Other then that everything was incredible.

The photos of this hotel do not do it justice in person. They have a 16th century building that was transported in from Austria and is used as one of the resort restaurants. The infinity pool is amazing and must contain mineral salts because your skin is glowing after a swim. The hotel smells amazing like essential oils and the sauna facilities are perfect (my favorite was the shower experiences that contained different lights and smells depending on what type of shower you chose. I really can't say enough good things and highly recommend this place, especially for couples.

The food was mid not amazing not terrible but expensive

Food was delicious, Peakfine's service staff was efficient and friendly - food came quickly at the times I was there. Pre-check was great as I was inside my room within minutes of being at the front desk. Love that it's a 16+ location as there is no kids causing excess noise.

Wish the saunas, steamrooms and pools were open earlier in the day, would be nice to wake up with a sauna session instead of having to wait until the afternoon, especially on check-out day as it means you can't access these amenities even with a late checkout.

Great Breakfast; comfortable room with a wonderful view. A huge spa complex with varied, well-designed facilities to revitalize the body and soul.

1. This hotel is known for its one-of-a-kind spa. However, the treatments were disappointing. We booked the Kurspa massage and the lavender field treatment. It was not relaxing because the masseurs moved too fast and did everything like they were in a rush. Also, the room had no shades. Having received spa treatments all over the world, this was the first treatment I experienced in FULL LIGHT. This should be brought to customers' attention during booking so shy ones can be prepared... 2. For almost 500 CAD a night one would expect a coffee machine or a kettle for tea in the room. 3. The hotel policy for 10 am check-out is the earliest we encountered in all of our travels all over the world.
