I liked the location, very close to the airport, about 5 mins car ride.. I like the businesses around the area. Great affordable places for a meal. Like that there was a restaurant inside the hotel. I like the cleanliness of my room, impeccable.

Uncivilized people checked in on the 2nd and 3rd floor, and it was a nightmare. They were treating their stay as if they lived there. Yelling, screaming, loud banging noises above the second floor. They had the door to their room open, so they were able to run back and forth from the 2nd and third floor. It was a little unsettling and scary. I was their with my 11-year-old daughter, and hearing that commotion was a bit scary. Because you can tell with people nowadays. Who knows what danger lurks when people with such behaviors are around. It would have been a better experience if that wasn't the case. Next time people like that should be asked to leave right away. Not worth the reputation of your business.

Breakfast was very good! The hotel staff was very helpful! In response to our request, a young man from Maintenance came up to help us move our many suitcases out to our car in the morning. I don't remember his name, but he was very friendly and gave us excellent service!

The restaurant at dinner was very noisy. There were lots of people, but some separation barriers or sound baffling to provide a quieter section would help to improve things for those of us who were looking for a quieter meal and didn't want to be at a loud party. (The bar was even noisier.)

My expectations for hotels close to an airport isn’t very high, they’re usually run down but this hotel was different. It was nice! The restaurant is also very nice and the location is great if you need anything because across the street is a market, liquor store, gas station, Starbucks, subway, pharmacy and many other stores and restaurants.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, everything was very convenient right down to the airport shuttle service.

It was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The room was really clean( l own a housecleaning business) l notice all the things that should be done, and they were, which l really appreciated. We were able to park our car there for our trip as the airport parking was full.

The only thing l didn't like was the pillows, they were really flat, and the sheets were pretty scratchy. Other than that, it was good.

This hotel is right beside the airport with a constant shuttle going back and forth. When the plane was delayed for over 2 hours, it was nice to have the shuttle and short jaunt to hotel. Front desk staff were accommodating and very friendly. Lobby is large and the front desk was able to find a work space for the next morning. Late check out was also great!

They were very acomodating .i booked this for my daughter and son in law who got married that day and we needed early check so the groom could dress up there and they gave us early check and also upgraded our room for free for the bride and groom as they were staying the night there .so thank you to their team for making all this happen

Muffins and juices were offered by the staff following our diner in the restaurant. We explained that we would be checking out at 4 a.m. and wondered what sort of breakfast options would be available? It was very thoughtful to have received the takeaway box as we finished up our dinner. The restaurant manager provided this gesture. Thanks again.

As the room was booked online by my wife when we arrived the check-in staff would not accept my identification even though I explained the situation to her. My wife was required to physically appear at the check in location… inconvenient when tired.

the price for 1 night that we had to incur because of plane delays and no access to our rental car was high however it was convenient because of their shuttle and we walked back to the airport to pick up our rental cars. it's across the street a 10 min walk

Nice foyer and parking facilities outside. Really easy down the road to the airport location. Staff were friendly, very helpful storing our ski bags and larger suitcases (4 total!) Room was ready for us when we arrived before check in which was lucky but very nice! Don’t try the onsite restaurant but seemed busy when we looked in! Room was large and very clean

Great airport hotel. Shuttle bus picked us up quickly. Check in very smooth. Room was spacious, very dark & quiet, bed was very comfortable everything we needed after travelling for 24 hours. Had excellent breakfast in restaurant. All staff were very friendly and helpful.
