Our bed was exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was well done and easy. The hotel was clean and well decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff who looked after the breakfast were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There was good water pressure in the shower. Lots of towels which is lovely. The coffee in the room and breakfast room was very good.

There was no towel rack in the bathroom for the hand towel and face cloth. The floor felt cold in the bathroom. The toilet was exceptionally low. Parking is very tight. We came with our truck and had a difficult time parking due to the lot being very full, people not parking well, and the spots just being a little too small for larger vehicles.

Near new property at north end of downtown - just off Hwy 97, but with minimal highway noise. Room very attractive, contemporary boutique styling and nice layout and features - ideal for vacation or business stay. Very clean. Appreciated heating system that simply worked, with winter cold, and quietly. Breakfast included, and offerings well prepared.

On first arrival, access to property, and parking lot is awkward and not immediately obvious. I booked a no refund multi-night stay, but had to leave early due to illness. Understand price based on nights booked, but no concession for early departure.

Break fast is all fresh but need more selection on meat like bacon and more waffle machine because its always busy its hard to wait esp when you have kids. Staff is always there to refill and clean which is nice. Romm is clean and compy except the sofa bed it hurts my back because the metal pressing my body and the side metal keeps my kids bump in to it maybe because the bed is thin I think not sure but it is not compy like the big bed its a dream bed! Pool is nice and clean wish it is warm a littlebit esp at night swimming and wish there is also for kids pool and kiddy slide.but over all the pool is nice!towel is also available when we got there.

Sofa bed and the fridge is a littlebit small. House keeping employee are all nice.

The room is a very good size, I liked the decor, the location was very good for us, the staff was great, especially Janice.

Our bathroom wasn’t clean around the floor on the toilet, and in the toilet. Luckily, I have my own Lysol wipes with me, we arrived after 4 PM and all the cleaning staff had gone home for the day. So we scheduled the deep clean bathroom for the next day, And had our do not disturb sign on the door knob until about quarter after 10 in the morning, the cleaning staff did not clean the bathroom stating that they do not disturb was on the door, but I did let the front desk know as we left that we were now leaving and the sign has been put back inside the room, the staff never went back to clean the bathroom. Breakfast was boring as the same day after day.

Breakfast bar was great, and the staff was friendly.

When they sent me an email with the option to tip the staff, we decided the kitchen staff could use a $5 tip and went ahead to fill out the process to do so. Later I find a transaction for $6.99 based on the $5 tip we paid. The transaction fee of $2 is ridiculous and wasn't even mentioned otherwise we wouldn't have done it. Also the pool was way over chlorinated and the entire family, especially myself had red irritated eyes and for the whole evening I couldn't even look at the light without.sunglasses on. The staff were super friendly from the man who checked us in to the maintenance man to the cleaning staff. Everyone greeted you with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. It was a little noisy with people coming back and forth from the pool to their rooms but we didn’t mind and it was always quiet after the pool closed at 10. The beds were very comfortable, modern decor, updated tvs. My 3 kids (4,7 and 9) and I had a great stay. They loved the pool and I loved the seating around the pool so I could read while they swam for hours.

The pool could be a little warmer.

The hotel was clean overall, including the rooms and bathrooms, and the bed was quite comfortable. The staff were friendly, and although the breakfast wasn't very diverse, it included the essentials, which we appreciated. Compared to other old, worn-out, and cramped hotels, this one offered great value for the price, and our family was quite satisfied.

When I made a request at the hotel lobby, it wasn’t communicated properly among the staff, so my request was not conveyed.

The staff were amazing. We have been staying at this hotel every winter for years as we stay here for a few days before and usually a day after we go to Big White with our kids. Decent breakfast. Good water slide and pool. Close to amenities. And the staff were super friendly. First rate staff!

There were two hockey teams, one gymnastics team and a basketball team staying at the hotel the same time we did and the kids were not quiet. Not the hotels fault but you could hear the kids running up and down the hallway and slamming hotel doors until 11pm and as early as 530am. Before we used to have a room at the far end of the hallway and this time our room was right across from the elevator. Will request a room at the end of the hall next time.

Reception staff were efficient in processing our stay.

Due to a technical issue our keys stopped working after 1 night - quickly fixed. Housekeeping only gave us a floor mat for the bathroom 1 out of 3 nights. The lift floors and floor in the hall outside the lifts were wet from people using the pool and not drying themselves in the pool area. Kids running in the hallways at midnight - could be solved by putting families with children on a different floor to other guests

The staff and Manager were extremely welcoming and accommodated our family beyond expectations. Even with a busy sold out weekend, there was plenty of food replenished for breakfast and every area was always kept clean. The rooms are spacious and beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was a hit for the kids and adults too! Will definitely be staying here on our next trip to town.
