The room was a good size. It had a shower/bathtub, which was nice. There are many restaurants, coffee shops and shopping possibilities near by. Most things we needed were within 15min walking distance. Breakfast was good. Could have maybe used a few more options. Very friendly and welcoming front desk employees.

The whirlpool at the time of our stay was mostly just a hot bath as the jets did not seem to be working.

Very pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Compared to others we have stayed at, there is a real sense of quality and comfort here. The room was clean, fresh, without any unpleasant odors — everything looked neat and well-kept. For $170 you get a spacious and cozy room, delicious breakfast, access to the pool, and friendly, unobtrusive staff. The atmosphere is calm and friendly. Perfect value for money. We will definitely come back again!

an entire family went bathing fully dressed in the spa, then in the pool, with their clothes on. a hotel worker passed by and didnt say anything even if the sign says appropriate bathing suit only. somebody was in the gym with his very loud music, didn't even ask other people people screaming in the corridor in the morning

The smell of the lobby and hallways was amazing, I was so impressed. The beds are so comfortable, the rooms are a great size and have everything you need.

The continental breakfast was sparse. Every time I went to get something it was gone. The eggs and meat were cooked strange like everything was made in a microwave and the bread items were days old.

Our first room had a sewer smell in the bathroom but the desk clerk immediately transferred us to a room across the hall which was equally nice and had no issue. They reported the plumbing issue for repair, likely just a plugged drain somewhere as no other rooms were reported to be affected. The other things we didn’t like were being close to the Hwy (lIke most of the hotels)but the soundproofing was fairly good so we were still able to sleep; and breakfast is basic…would like a few more healthy options, and don’t like the “fake eggs”; would like to see more environmentally friendly changes away from disposable plates, cups, cutlery and single use plastic coffee cream and butter packaging. And maybe a sign encouraging people to bring their own portable coffee mugs. Thanks!

My kids loved the pool and waterslide. The king bed was very comfortable. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

The only issue was the sofa bed was close to air conditioning/ heat unit so was hard to regulate room temperature with out kids freezing or cooking next to it. So we left it off and it made room muggy by morning.

The breakfast was good, lots of choices sweet and savory. Good waffle maker! We loved the pool and the exercise room. The room was nice and clean. Friendly staff. Good location, Superstore and gas station across the street very convenient! Shops, Cafes and restaurants nearby.

The mattress could have been better, it looked a bit broken on one side! Everything else was good, no complaints!

Rooms are very clean, swimming pool has regular pool and hot tube. Staff is super friendly. We also loved their breakfast - eggs, waffles, sausages, fruits, oatmeal cereal, cakes, bread, hot tea, coffee and many others . Free parking is bonus. Location is extra bonus! Loved everything!

The hotel was clean, the breakfast was really good. I liked that I could access my Netflix and YouTube account on the TV

I stayed there for 4 nights, and I think the room got cleaned once. The coffee pods didn't get replenished.also, the whirlpool wasn't working. That was really disappointing. It's a shame because the hotel is really nice

Room was very clean comfortable and everything we needed. The staff was lovely. There was a very good complementary breakfast I would stay there again

Paper coffee cups that were not replaced and the fact that room trash was not picked up. I don’t mind no room service but I think those 2 things could have done
