Perfect for our needs, and easy walk, drive or Uber to Cirque/ENC. Easy parking right across the street. Nice staff, clean room and well-equipped gym. Lots of good eats nearby.

Things at the front desk can be peculiar as they don't tell you everything you need to know. For instance, the gentleman gave us three breakfast tickets for our three-night stay, but EACH PERSON required a ticket for each day. So apparently you need to pick up new tickets each day.

I was worried about a parking lot where many people said that it were not satisfied due to a lack of supervision and maintenance. However, I experienced the parking lot as good enough to use and easy to access. No dirt and risk at all. Overall, I recommend this hotel to those who value cost-effectiveness. -. Food: Breakfast is good to start a light morning. Served hot foods like sausage, eggs, and potatoes. -. Staff: Kind and smiling -. Room size: Good size compainrg another 5-star hotel. -. Room floor: Vinyl floor was better than carpet.

Overall, the bathroom was not bad, but it should be cleaned the water moss. Coffee at the restaurant tasted like paper.

Front desk is way understaffed in the morning while people were checking in. That one person also is responsible for answering the phones at the same time. Result was me calling in and being put on hold six times. Was trying to confirm reservation and was told eventually they had no record of the reservation and that there were no rooms available to book. Need more staff during predictably busy periods.

A little leary re the parking which was under the bridge across three lanes of busy traffic with no traffic light.

It was a spacious and very welcoming room.

The noise levels originating from the restaurant during weekends are sufficiently excessive to cause significant discomfort, indicating that management should address this issue. Additionally, the breakfast offerings, which were intended to provide a diverse selection, were characterized by a lack of variety, leading to repetitiveness that diminished my appetite and necessitated ceasing attendance.

Breakfast was simple, yet good. Staff was helpful. Things not in the room (cutlery/plates) were readily provided at the front desk. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. TV and wifi worked as you would expect them to.

The location was a bit far from tourist locations (20-30 minutes by car), but this was not a big deal. Our car got dirty in the parking lot under the highway from stuff running off of the highway when it rained. Again, not a big deal.

We frequently stay at this hotel when we visit Montreal as the location is perfect for our needs. The room was also very clean.

The remote for our TV wasn't working; however it was immediately replaced when my husband went to the reception. The coffee maker in our room did not function either. We didn't report it as there was free coffee available in the lobby. We have noticed changes since the last time we stayed here. Some good and some bad. We were disappointed to find out that the restaurant no longer has a menu to order from and the food was good. It is now only a buffet. Although the food was good enough it was cold. We didn't say anything because we had plans and needed to eat before going out. If we had more time we would have probably ordered from Uber Eats considering the cost of the buffet/person.

Room was quiet, clean, spacious and comfortable beds. Front desk hospitality was wonderful and very accommodating to allow an early check in and parking included.

It was hard to navigate the "extra's". No ice machine on floors, had to go to lobby bar. The elevator was slow and bumpy. Considering it is a Best Western affiliate, the included breakfast unfortunately is not. Perhaps consider adding: Bacon, sausage, waffles or pancakes, pastries/muffins, yogurt and granola.

It's pretty clean. For our 4 days stay, the staff cleaned our room daily with fresh towels and soap. Thank you. Breakfast was good, but muffins and hard-boiled eggs could be included daily. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

Parking is not good. Rusted water from the bridge on top damaged my car. No microwave oven in the room. TV was almost non available with 4, 5 useless channels, and confusing user interface.

This hotel is located near the highway, parking is handy ,although not in the best of neighbourhoods. It was very clean and fresh.

The air conditioner was a large unit attached by a hose in the room. Very loud. It was as if they forgot to account for them when they built the hotel. The plumbing needs some work- pipes bang together when water is turned on or off. Some of the electrical outlets were not functioning.

The room was huge and the breakfast was great scrambled eggs sausage and potatoes it was better than bagels for 4 days straight in other hotels.

There is parking included, but it was under the freeway, and we had to bring all our belongings into our room as the hotel is not responsible for theft. It was a little inconvenient, but still better than trying to find parking at midnight.
