Rating: ★★★☆☆ (3 out of 5) Stayed with my wife and 3 energetic kids – so yes, chaos was guaranteed either way. The hotel room? Decent. Clean, comfy, and Lego-themed enough to keep the little ones entertained (and distracted from jumping on the beds... for a while). But let’s talk price – clearly designed with Singaporean wallets in mind, not us mere mortals from Malaysia hehe Breakfast was fine. Not amazing, not terrible – just enough to keep the family fuelled before charging into Legoland. In-house dining though? Oof. Pricey, underwhelming, and honestly felt like eating at a cafeteria that lost its will to cook. Save your money and grab a meal outside – your taste buds will thank you. As for Legoland itself, it was fun... until we hit the small game section (throw cans, rebound ball, etc.). Let’s just say, if you're expecting to win something – don't. It's like aiming for a black hole: money goes in, nothing comes out. Overall: kids had a blast, parents felt the burn (mainly in the wallet). Not a total loss, but definitely some things need levelling up.

Staying at the hotel gave convenient access to the theme parks especially with armed an annual pass. Rooms are designed with kids in mind, spacious bunk bed that can accommodate 3, and with little sink and adult sink, kids bedroom slippers and bathrobes.. Good amenities as well.

Food was limited within the resort. The italian restaurant looks so lacking in ambience and menu was uninspiring.

The kids loved the room. They actually loved the hotel overall. Once we are back to Mauritius, my son wanted to go back to legoland. The hotel lobby, or play areas for kids was very nice. They had a very nice time playing for long hours there. The show of the hotel also was very well organised, the kids loved it. Would totally recommend going there for the nice experience.

I liked everything except maybe there may be some improvements. I was expecting maybe some characters around the hotels during dinner time. For breakfast time as well, some entertainement could be added for the kids. There was a super long queue for breakfast in the morning and the day we had to checkout, we couldnt take breakfast as the queue was too long.

To the children eyes, stepping into the hotel from start to ends days seems like a new world... a Lego world. The ambience and every single details made the kids enjoyed beyond imaginable. Lobby was filled with various Lego themed structure, Lego play area. There are timings for Lego mascot to come to the lobby area, photo takings, short dance class, pizza making, you received badges too if its your birthday week. Lego vouchers also. concierge was good too, could even store cake for you while we were out to the themed park. Rooms are cozy but every part of it was themed perfectly. all adult necessities, also come in miniature for the young ones, they even have their own washbasin and toiletries. there is mystery game and able to win a small Lego set. Staff are super friendly and helpful, no help is too small for them. they really go the extra mile.

While the restaurant is superb with lots of variety and the food is scrumptious, Do avoid the peak hour. you would be given 45mins to breakfast and it feels bit rushing especially with the kids.

The hotel really embraces the Lego theme with lots of opportunities to play. Loved the proximity to Legoland - just go down in the elevator and you're there! Took roughly an hour to drive from Singapore. Supermarket in walking distance. We were able to check in prior to 4 p.m., which we really appreciated. Restaurants downstairs were very convenient. Breakfast included and a good amount of variety available in a fun themed restaurant. Nothing outstanding food wise but we all were satisfied. Definitely get in early, it does start to get busy closer to 8am. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Mini fridge provided but not particularly cold. Kids were thrilled with the TV in their area. The kid-sized robes were adorable.

The room layout was interesting, with the kids' area being close to the door and no latch on the door for security. There was an alarm on the door, but fairly quiet and not sure this would be audible while parents are sleeping. My 3 year old could open the door. Be aware if you have a child who may try to abscond.

I love how everything is so kid-friendly — from the LEGO-themed rooms to the play areas in the lobby. My child was entertained the whole time. The treasure hunt in the room was such a fun surprise, it kept us busy right away. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with thoughtful touches for families. The lobby full of LEGO bricks and play corners meant my child could run around while I relaxed. I loved how the hotel itself felt like part of the adventure, not just a place to sleep.

Rooms and meals can feel a little expensive compared to regular hotels.

Stayed for 2-nights beginning May-2025, but 2 different bookings were made -- to experience the different themed rooms, e.g. Pirate and Adventure. Check-in was fast, and we got served by a really knowledgeable staff: AZRYN, whom we've bombarded with a lot of questions regarding the bookings, luggage, breakfast, etc. We were offered an early check-in (that was at 10:30AM) and had a complimentary room upgrade for the 1st night stay! Our 5-year old kid was delighted with the room with its kid-centred designs, e.g. the bunk beds, the KIDS-SIZED bathroom sink / bathrobes / toothbrush / disposable slippers, a Duplo set for playing in-room, and amenities. They had a treasure hunt game, wherein the kid(s) get to search for clues to get the number combination for the Lego safe (the one with the Lego monkey on it) to get their complimentary Lego surprise! Such a nice experience for kids. Breakfast buffet had a LOT of selections, but do note, they're Halal (no pork). - Got Asian corner with coconut rice, hot dishes to match them up with, porridge, sausages, hashbrowns, sauteed veggies. - Naan, Chapati, Roti, curries.. Cut cheese and cold meats.. Cereal station - Live egg station... Wide selection of breads and toasts - Cut fruits too -- watermelon, melons, guava, apples, etc. Bonus: - Kid thoroughly enjoyed the Disco-themed lift rides, dancing the whole time. [the lift is purposely darkened for the disco lights and Lego music background]. - There are play areas, e.g. hotel lobby, as well as, just directly outside the dining area, wherein kids can play with Lego Classic and Duplo blocks and make friends.

There were Aircon switches attached to the walls, 1 for the kids bunkbed area, another inside the 'main' bedroom. But had to get up a couple of times throughout the night to adjust them, as they sometimes make the room too cold, though set-up was at 22degrees only.

We liked everything, besides the fact that our room was connected to another with a door locked and we could hear the other room children talking and watching TV until very late. It was loud as if they were in our room because only one door separates us. That's it. The hotel is a great experience for kids and grown up kids. Also some of the personnel at the reception were not quite friendly. But we would definitely like to come back. I also loved the little Lego set that was locked and the children had to find out the key. It was fun thank you! Breakfast was great too.

Themed rooms are very nice, kids absolutely loved it Activities every hour Breakfast was decent

Dinner (buffet seafood) was not great: cooked dishes were lukewarm (so almost cold when back at our seats), missing grilled seafood, but the line up outside saved the experience. Found some trash in the room armchair, even if checkout is at 11:00 and check in at 16:00. With that timeline there is ample time. Also better if the treasure hunt in the room is not short circuited with the combination written directly on the coffer sticker. Please erase it for new guests!

A fantastic hotel for children, they will never be bored. They can be kept busy in the foyer which contains numerous massive Lego pits. Once you've managed to get them back to the room, the rooms are cleverly designed with a kids only section with their own TV so they don't need to disturb the adults. The rooms and the hotel is alego themend with interesting Lego everywhere used instead of normal furniture and objects.

The kids TV didn't have sound automatically, you had to adjust some settings which we found out after calling the reception. Some channels on the main TV did not have audio
