Rating: ★★★☆☆ (3 out of 5) Stayed with my wife and 3 energetic kids – so yes, chaos was guaranteed either way. The hotel room? Decent. Clean, comfy, and Lego-themed enough to keep the little ones entertained (and distracted from jumping on the beds... for a while). But let’s talk price – clearly designed with Singaporean wallets in mind, not us mere mortals from Malaysia hehe Breakfast was fine. Not amazing, not terrible – just enough to keep the family fuelled before charging into Legoland. In-house dining though? Oof. Pricey, underwhelming, and honestly felt like eating at a cafeteria that lost its will to cook. Save your money and grab a meal outside – your taste buds will thank you. As for Legoland itself, it was fun... until we hit the small game section (throw cans, rebound ball, etc.). Let’s just say, if you're expecting to win something – don't. It's like aiming for a black hole: money goes in, nothing comes out. Overall: kids had a blast, parents felt the burn (mainly in the wallet). Not a total loss, but definitely some things need levelling up.

Staying at the hotel gave convenient access to the theme parks especially with armed an annual pass. Rooms are designed with kids in mind, spacious bunk bed that can accommodate 3, and with little sink and adult sink, kids bedroom slippers and bathrobes.. Good amenities as well.

Food was limited within the resort. The italian restaurant looks so lacking in ambience and menu was uninspiring.

We liked everything, besides the fact that our room was connected to another with a door locked and we could hear the other room children talking and watching TV until very late. It was loud as if they were in our room because only one door separates us. That's it. The hotel is a great experience for kids and grown up kids. Also some of the personnel at the reception were not quite friendly. But we would definitely like to come back. I also loved the little Lego set that was locked and the children had to find out the key. It was fun thank you! Breakfast was great too.

- Very exciting hotel for the kids. - The playing area in the lobby is very amusing - multiple character appearances and Lego shows in the hotel's lobby - in-room treasure (Pirate room) added extra excitement for our kids.

- The breakfast has limited Arabic (Meditarian) food and the food and drinks quality can be improved (especially the coffee and the juces). - There are limited options for drying swimming clothes after coming from the waterpark or using the swimming pool (unless you choose to send them to the laundry just for drying... which is expensive).

A fantastic hotel for children, they will never be bored. They can be kept busy in the foyer which contains numerous massive Lego pits. Once you've managed to get them back to the room, the rooms are cleverly designed with a kids only section with their own TV so they don't need to disturb the adults. The rooms and the hotel is alego themend with interesting Lego everywhere used instead of normal furniture and objects.

The kids TV didn't have sound automatically, you had to adjust some settings which we found out after calling the reception. Some channels on the main TV did not have audio

This is a kid’s haven. Need minimum 2 full days to see the Theme park, Waterpark and Sea life aquarium because the park closes at 6 PM and the last entry at 5 PM. The hotel is super convenient but overpriced. It is not worth it when the park closes at 5 PM.

If we have known the theme park closes at 6 PM we would not have stayed at the Legoland hotel. There is nothing to do after 6 PM near the hotel unless you drive to JB. Then might as well not stay at the Legoland hotel.

Breakfast - the best, good spread and variety Lego bricks everywhere - Lego heaven for kids (my son really enjoy it) Hotel lift - with music and party light Parking - easy parking at the basement (maybe during our stay, not sure other time) Location to Legoland Theme Park - in the blink of eye Room - got free 2 Lego set (treasure hunt in the room) - the first thing my son did when he entered the Pirates Theme room.

Price - for me, its over rated Room - the pirate's blanket looks like to 'seasoned' Room - stated can accommodate for 5,but yes..only for the bed but not the room space - crowded if 5 people in the room Shower - hot water hard to control, need to be more caution when showering your kids/baby

We were a family of 4 travelling from Australia with a 1 and 3 year old. The hotel was a lot of fun and very much catered to children - obviously. We found the room to be small BUT, you won't be spending a lot of time in there. There is so much happening around the hotel to keep you and the kids occupied. The level of detail was wonderful. Lego buckets in all main foyers, disco lifts to each floor, themed dining hall - this place understood Lego. It truly was a child's heaven. We only stayed one night (travelled in from Singapore) but managed to do Legoland on the first day and Legoland Waterpark on the second day. I would recom staying the extra night to really do the parks in depth. It was not crowded at all (probably because it was a week day) so ride wait times were a maximum of 10 mins.

The eating area was great, but definitely needed something for smaller children. For example, maybe smaller seating ... or more lego-based distractions for meal time.

Stayed in the Kingdom room. The themed room is nicely decorated, albeit some imperfections with some of the Lego decorations. My kid enjoyed the treasure-hunting activity. Water IS provided, through the water filtration system. Great shower. Highly recommended for a weekend stay, and never miss the Saturday night event at the hotel lobby!

We have no other complaints besides the location of the water filtration system (which is in the toilet). Otherwise, the stay could have been almost perfect!

Access to the theme park, comprehensive breakfast buffet. General ambience of Legoland.

Lack of DIY laundry facilities. One of our 7 year old twins was physically abused by another guest, security investigated and found that the offender had checked out soon after. Our grandson was very upset, though management offered some free Lego as compensation. My son and myself both agreed that the offender was lucky to have left. More adult supervision of the children's play area by staff would solve any such issue. The Cafe staff need more training as to how they can serve customers better.
