We recently stayed at Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that our every need was met. The resort itself is stunning, with beautifully designed rooms that offer breathtaking ocean views. Our suite was spacious and elegantly decorated, with modern amenities that made our stay incredibly comfortable. The private beach was pristine, and the pool area was equally impressive, with plenty of loungers and a serene atmosphere. Dining was a highlight of our stay, with a variety of restaurants offering delicious and diverse cuisine. Whether enjoying a casual meal by the pool or a more formal dinner at one of the upscale restaurants, the food quality was consistently excellent. One of the things I appreciated most about Live Aqua was the overall ambiance of relaxation and tranquility. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into creating a peaceful environment for guests to unwind. The resort offers a range of activities and entertainment, but there’s no pressure to participate, making it perfect for a laid-back getaway. Overall, Live Aqua Beach Resort Cancun exceeded my expectations. It’s a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation in Cancun.

Just be aware that when you arrive someone will gonna offer you a couple massage but first you have to attend to a 45 mins meeting to get the promotion, he mentioned it’s all about the spa facility but upon arriving a sales representative will offer a membership and will be very persistent that you should join them and ask you to pay an upfront amount. Luckily we were not fooled. Hahhhah

Pool is beautiful with so many areas to relax. The restuarants are wonderful with a nice selection of different food options to suit everyone. The room is gorgeous with comfortable bedding, lots of towels, quiet and spacious!! The beach was absolutely amazing ... crystal blue waters, some waves to play in and a nice breeze everyday to help beat the heat! Staff is very attentive and always wanting to help.

Nightlife needs to be worked on though. There is alot of wasted space on the Lobby Level where reception is and the pond with ducks. You should move the pool table to the bar area near MP restuarant in the corner. The bar on the Lobby level for at night should be more open and alot bigger, like a beautiful big lobby bar area, with dancing in the closed room. That was our only issue that at night there is no shows really in a designated place like a theatre, there is no nice lobby bar area to sit at and people watch, very quiet.

Position of the hotel is fantastic, large and clean rooms, amazing view.

The biggest minus of this hotel is that there is no possibility to book a table in any of the restaurant for dinner or lunch, but is necessary to wait between 30 min - 1 hour on a waiting list until you get a table to have a meal. This fact is really annoying so that in most of evenings me and my friend decided to leave the resort and look for different places to eat. If this issue hotel can fix, all is perfect.

Service was top notch and everyone made the stay incredibly pleasant. Franscisco with the towels, Angel with the bev service on the beach and again for dinner in the Italian restaurant, Louisa with cocktails by the pool, Ricky and Daniel with the classes, room service 24/7. Everyone was so kind. I will go back. The other patrons were also very kind and social while being courteous and respectful. I felt safe the whole time. The food was high bar for an all inclusive with lots of options to explore. I loved the lunchtime bbq and paella, evening tacos, breakfast smoothies and constant flow of drinks. Espresso martinis, blended margaritas of a million varieties (skinny, spicy, mango, strawberry), mid tier liquor upon request included, mexican candy shots with the tajin rim - all great! The beds in the room were very comfortable and all facilities well maintained and clean. I loved the pool and how many chairs and day beds were available. Even during times they were fully booked I was able to find chairs in the morning and enjoy the amenities. I did yoga, bingo and the aqua aerobics. We left site to explore the large mall across the street with big brand stores and a ferris wheel. We also did a night at Cocobongo and found ubers really easy for getting back and forth to the nightlife area.

Not all the food was exactly as I ordered it always, but since everything was included they were quick to fix anything and bring more. They asked about allergies constantly, so I wouldn't be concerned if you are upfront about what you want. We made large complicated orders often with no allergy concerns listed, and the mistakes we got were understandable.

The service was outstanding and the please is beautiful. You can enjoy an amazing time without paying for anything extra, except for tips, which is common in Cancun. The on-site restaurants and room service were pretty good, offering a variety of cuisines and great service - maximum wait time of 90min in the restaurant lines.

The wine wasn't great, so I'd recommend sticking to the other drinks. The resort is pricey, but worth it. The airport transfer was stressful, so I strongly suggest pre-hiring it to avoid any headaches. Lastly, at check-in, they might try to sell shared ownership. If you're not interested, just say no and move on to enjoy your vacation.

The Starbucks cafe located in the hotel which was part of the all inclusive package was certainly a highlight for me. The hotel is impeccable, our sea view room was picturesque. Every area of the hotel smelled divine! The food in my opinion was lovely, I liked that there were a variety of choices depending on your mood. I was highly impressed with the vast selection of premium drinks, cocktails and endless water available. The staff didn’t allow me to lift a finger my entire stay. They were all exceptional! My friend and I are already planning our next visit back.

A perfect vacation at Live Aqua Cancun. The most beautiful sea, amazing warm pools and jacuzzi. Excellent service. Totally oriented on customer service. We had one day a problem with lunch at the Beach view restaurant, and immediately we had the Master Chef see us and offer a wonderful 5 course menu at MB. This is indeed the best restaurant and has piano. Varenna italian was also great. Burgers for lunch very tasty. The Spa was wonderful! A unique service and great beds.

Waiting list for dinner was horrible. Up to 2 hours. They need to open more dinner nice spots. The restaurant with sea views has a mediocre lunch. Chicken was horrible, fajitas not good. Deserts around the hotel are not good either.

The multiple restaurants to choose from, the pools were big and temperature felt amazing, the hotel room was pretty perfect. The gym was very exceptional, I went there 3 times. And the Starbucks was included which was a daily visit! Not much I can complain about honestly. My boyfriend and I had an absolute blast. Thank you!

The tequila is watered down Was expecting the coconuts would be included but you have to purchase. You have to call for someone to come remove plates/cups but I’m not even mad because I think it’s creepy when workers come in right when you leave..

That it was adults only. Everything was clean, organized, everybody was very polite, both the staff and other clients. The room Was amazing except for the view :(

The view of the room. I think the description was misleading and even though you could see a part of the see, our balcony was to the street side and to part where all the machinery of the hotel works, so it was noisy to be in the balcony, not pleasant at all. If you had explained this by pictures and details I would have paid more for a better view. But the description was completely misleading and when we got to the room felt very disappointed.
