staff treated you different since you were not all inclusive.

The location was perfect, it was also located on an all inclusive resort. You can get an all inclusive pass by day, which we thought was a good value instead of just buying all days. The owner is very responsive especially if there is an issue.

The room was a bit outdated, but it really wasn't an issue for us since we spent a lot of our time at the pool or the beach.

location is perfect, the shopping mall is directly across the street with many things to do. staff was great and super helpful and host was very kind and clear with instructions. Very happy with communication, host answered all of our questions and exceeded our expectations

The location is great. The beach it’s beautiful with no seaweed at all! Jorge is a great host. We’re definitely booking again with him.

I asume due the hurricane and storms my room window was not as cleaned as it should be.

View was excellent, location is perfect. The room was very clean,beds were very comfortable, very spacious and had everything you needed. Jorge the host was super helpful, very responsive and made sure every question was answered right away. Excellent host and excellent spot. Will definitely book again! Fantastic view, lovely pool area awesome helpful employee's and the roof top restaurant has the most beautiful view and really delicious food! We would definitely like to come here again!

It isn't completely done with the renovation and the wifi gave us some trouble.

We traveled with two small children one and three years old and stayed in a two room apartment. -location was great, close to the mall with many restaurants and shopping options - Soriana and oxxo supermarket within 15 minutes walk -apartmant contains of two separate rooms which is great for travelers with children or group of people who want some sort of separation - communication with the owner was prompt and easy. He was great! - even though the apartment works as a separate one not within the all inclusive hotels, the beds boy and hotels personal were kind and helped us with the luggage and taxi booking - beach was very beautiful - ruins within the hotel are interesting - the apartment was very clean when we arrived - it was decorated for Christmas with attention to details

-after spending whole month in Cancun and been to four hotels there, I would say this room is way overpriced. -room is outdated. Many things are old. Manager should invest a bit more in renovation. Like for example the handle of the door is almost broken and moving around. I had the feeling that if I kick the door it would break and open. Pots and pans are very low quality and practically useless. -the stove was sometimes working, sometimes not. I did not have time honestly to communicate this and was for somebody to help, preferred enjoying my vacation since this was not something super major. I'm sure the owner would have reacted though. - it was very noisy. I could not see if it was a restaurant nearby or what but there were many people singing in Spanish from somewhere near. Also the hotel personel was playing loud music when they were cleaning the rooms around or when some guys were fixing something in the other rooms near us and i had to ask them to stop the music because they are waking up my kids -just whole the apartment gives old place vibes -it a a pity that the hotel does not allow ordering in the restaurant la carte like other places we have been to in Cancun. So we could not even drink one cocktail at the bar. All inclusive for a day is 80 USD for a person. This is not a comment for the hotel of course just have it in mind when you book that you will need to go to the supermarket food for or to the la Isla mall. Even though our stay was ok I would not go back to this apartment because for the same amount of money I would book in the same hotel all inclusive double room and feel a part of the hotel or if I need a double room apartment with separate rooms there are other options in Cancun even within the Royal chain. We have been to two of them and had a better stay.
