The view was excellent, the beach and service at the beach was great. The service at the front desk was excellent. They helped me with a flight problem I had, that it was not their job to do. Thank you Nancy!

We liked the buffet in general. However, sometimes when we eat late, the food wasn't so good. But the service was still nice and good. After the check-in, we had to talk to a person explaining the hotel facilities, what it was nice. However, we realized it was a set-up for a "business" meeting, that we didn't want to do. The lady was too insisting in it, and made us inconfortable.

Clean facilities friendly staff all inclusive. Initially we got checked into the room on the 5th floor but one out of two elevators was not working and Because we had a baby the management was helpful and accommodated us with her room on the first floor. I had to practice my Spanish quite often.

Only one elevator out of two was working Some staff may want to improve their English skills to attract more American Canadian customers.

Lovely hotel, mainly Mexican guests, very authentic. Not smart but charming. On a delightful part of the beach with a lovely grove of palm trees on the sand which the larger smarter hotels either side did not have and which made a big difference. 2 pools, one particularly nice in quiet location next to pizza kitchen and overlooking the beach with lovely views. Good value for money and overall charming experience.

Unfortunately sea too rough to swim for all 4 days of our stay it was red flag on the beach but pool was great.

The food was buffet style, but delicious!! The staff were so attentive and kind! The beach is kept open late at night. The view from our balcony was nice. There’s a ‘Starbucks’ coffee shop. Lots of great spots to hang out. The beach was clean and long, but sometimes hard to find unclaimed chairs/chairs without towels. The drinks were great please tip your bartenders!

Check in took very long and we didn’t get a tour or explanation of the resort and rules-they just gave us our room keys and sent us off. No entertainment while we were there (Monday to Friday). Pool at night was cold and the hot tub was not that hot. No drink service except in the buffet restaurant, you can ask for a beer with your meal. Otherwise, you have to go to the bar each time (at least with the standard all inclusive package we got)

The kindness and smile of the staff and in particular at the Palenque Restaurant. The Beach is very accessible and you can have Beach lounge chairs under the Palm Trees shade in front of the ocean. The ocean View from our Room was outstanding. Two swimming pools and food and drinks all day long.

The wifi was weak in our room located at the opposite of the front desk.

The food was good, alot of variety, walking distance to alot of nice restaurants, the entire property was very clean.

They do not accept cash which was not listed when I booked, check in and out service was horrible, long lines for both and cannot get proper service from the front desk staff. The swim up bar had poor service, if you don't speak spanish you don't get assistance to order any drinks. A little expensive, not enough value for your money.

First and foremost this place is a hidden gem. The lobby area needs upgrading it will disappoint you at first. I wasn’t too impressed when I arrived. Actually was ready to book somewhere else. However, it was super bowl night and I knew I wouldn’t find anything right away. So we stayed. And I’m so glad we did! Once we got pass the lobby situation and headed to our room it was like paradise! We had the Junior Suite swim up room. Amazing! The property is great! The beach and the staff. We had a conceiage named Fabian. He was magnificent! He’s what made our stay amazing! Not to mention we were celebrating our 31st anniversary. We did not have to want for anything! If you can get pass the lobby! Don’t let it discourage you. I promise you it will be good!

Some of the staff members not a friendly attitude. The bartender Luis bad attitude. One of the cooks Jaciel bad attitude he’s the one who serves the food or cook on the grill in the buffet area. In fact the buffet area staff attitude not that good along with the food (I guess unless your Mexican). Eat downstairs at the Italian restaurant. I think it’s called Alcatebra.(something like that) the host Davila amazing! Along with the food and wine. The rest of the staff also amazing! Also try the brick pizza very good!

Very nice beach and pool areas

The room needed a lot of Maintenance. Nothing serious but the balcony door was hard to open, the light conections didn’t work next to the bed and the light switch in the bathroom gave me shocks. As the bathroom had a funny smell. In general it was very comfortable

Great value for the price. Hotel is small but has all the needs - clean and big rooms, two swimming pools, access to the lovely beach, pizza restaurant, restaurant a la carte, snack bar, buffet. Buffet is rather small but you can eat well. Hotel is located in the Zona Hotelera with bus stop just in front of. Various choice of cocktails. Staff at both swimming pools are great ! same I can say about reception employees.

Staff at the buffet restaurant did not always provide hot drinks and wine only upon the request and after few reminders. Be prepared that if you get a room in front of main road it might be loud but earplugs are sufficient :) because of air condition in lobby and restaurant my friend got sick.

Staff. Upgrade to ocean view. Carlos was extremely helpful and provided all the information about the hotel. Facilities were clean. Hammocks on the beach.

Wifi was not available in the room. Reservation for specialty restaurants needed 48 hours notice.
