Excellent location on the main spit, where all the best hotels are located. The territory is very large, inside there is a swimming pool, restaurants, a tennis court, a casino, a nightclub and much more, and if desired, you can not even leave the hotel grounds. It is a very beautiful beach, you can get to it through the beach club. The food is very tasty, Miramar and The White Box are favorite restaurants. The staff is friendly, the girls at the reception always helped us.

Unfortunately, the condition of the rooms is very neglected. This is the main drawback of the hotel. The plumbing is old, and sometimes leaks, the sockets are loose. I understand that it is difficult to renovate the entire hotel, but do a couple of rooms each, and in this way you will reconstruct all the rooms little by little.

First I have to say that I can‘t understand the other reviews and just an over all of 7,2. We stayed in the luxury „The Pyramid“ with the black bracelets and loved it. The hotel is huge and offers everything you need. We usually don‘t like all inclusive resorts, because we mostly like to eat outside and dine romantically and hate buffet halls with noise. But this hotel offers restaurants, you would pay the amount for the whole stay for one person as two people in a German restaurant of this kind. The Sakura with Japanese food is extraordinary and the service they offer with some short music shows inbetween is insane. The gourmet restaurant La cayenne offers high quality beef fillet and steaks. And the food tastes great. Also the Coffea shop and ice cream shop offer great stuff. The quality of breakfast in the pyramid exclusive once are amazing. We got a free upgrade to a master suit with ocean view: comfortable bed, huge room, two balconies, huge bathroom, more than enough towels and literally everything you need is there (Bügeleisen, two TVs, fridge, coffee machine, soap, …). View was amazing! Activities are great! The casino is fun. Parties, music and bars are great. We had such a good time there, we‘d always go there again.

Buffet restaurants busy (not the exclusive ones though) and because of many children there is a lot of food next to the bowls, which they trying to take care of but due to the amount of work, they can‘t always keep it up.

Housekeeping should be more attentive, they just remade the bed. Instead of changing the sheets daily. It shouldn't be a request, it should be done automatically!

Being a pyramid guest instead of oasis does have its advantages i.e the better breakfast buffet and better restaurant options. Staff upgraded my room and it was amazing, the view from my room was stunning. You have to download the app to make a reservation for the restaurants but wow the food is fantastic (I would recommend Miramar for lunch the sea bass is incredible, Sakura and Careyes were my top as the food was Incredible.

Unfortunately I had booked in conjunction with the start of spring break. Don’t do it you will live to regret. Not enough sun beds, not enough service and generally not enough space.

- The view from the room is amazing, I'm ready to forgive all the shortcomings for it. We are talking about a room with a sea view, of course. - The sea itself is also excellent! - Abundance of restaurants - you can find an option for every taste. Plus there is a pretty fun entertainment program.

- The hotel looks a bit outdated, and there were always some renovations going on, which also doesn't make it comfortable. - In the bathroom, there is quite old dirt in the corners of the sink, probably due to poor design. There is also a lot of dust or dried insects on the back of the leaves of decorative flowers in the bathroom. Overall, there is no feeling of cleanliness. - Due to the dampness in my room, there was something on the walls that looked like fungus, but perhaps it was just peeling paint.

Breakfast buffet was excellent, quick service by chefs at "egg-desk" . Not crowded at any time, seems to have a fair through flow of guests. Very friendly staff and all smiling. Have to admire this when thinking about that they face guests every day. Pool areas have circulating staff, asking if all is ok, "do you need something, can I get you something to drink or a snack perhaps ?" You feel well taken care of.. Our 11 year one, celebrated her birthday here. Just a word and breakfast staff arranged celebration and singing, cake with lights etc. Real awesome and you can feel that they meant it. Super !

Nothing special, all good. Check-in was a tad slow, but we was on vacation, so no issue..

The Pyramid Resort is a great all-inclusive destination. There are plenty of restaurants offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The resort is well-managed and features multiple pools to enjoy. However, there were two things that let me down. First, the WiFi connection was unstable, frequently disconnecting every few minutes. I had some business to take care of, but the unreliable internet made it difficult. Second, we had an issue with the taxi service arranged by the hotel for our return to the airport. We were told it would cost 600 pesos, with a 10% surcharge for card payments. However, upon arrival at the airport, the driver attempted to charge 990 pesos. It was only when I asked to see the amount on the card machine that I noticed the discrepancy. I pointed out that 10% of 600 is 60, making the correct total 660 pesos. The driver reluctantly agreed, processed the correct amount, and started swearing, blaming the card machine. Aside from those two issues, we had a wonderful stay and loved the amazing ocean view. I would definitely recommend the Pyramid Resort, but advise double-checking payment amounts—especially when dealing with taxis.

Dinners were great benazuza black sens and sushi was amazing drinks wernt to bad pretty cheap liquor dos equis on tap which is decent service wasnt bad the room was clean just a few corners in the room wernt perfectly clean we wanted to be staying in the actual prymaid but a little disappointed we wernt still a great experience casino is small but has all the table games you need great location. But its worth the price it isnt the ritz carlton

Grab and go food wasnt good some spots of hotel outside of prymaid seemed a bit dated and not any food options after dinner

View to ocean, club beach and foam party was so nice ,pools clean, natural trees and I love the peacocks all over outside. That hotel has a more restaurant, ice cream place , coffee shops .sushi restaurant for reservations is the best place, I reserved that hotel for myself and my family we are 8 people, everybody enjoyed.

That hotel too big hotel more restaurant and shows, but when you are new first time you didn’t know where to go, they give us app to download everything, but it doesn’t work, because all shows and restaurants they saying name of location, it is very hard to figure out. I think that hotel has to print the all shows time, on the paper.it is easy for customer.

The food was very good and having the pyramid access has a lot of advantages regarding the additional restaurants. The staff is nice and helpful. The beach is well maintained, has comfortable sunbeds and great service. In the resort there are a lot of different activities that you can enjoy.

Although the water was amazing, the beach was not very suitable for swimming because it is an open ocean and there are big waves and currents. I know that this is not something that the resort can do a lot about and depends on the weather factors as well but I think is good future costumers to know what to expect.
