The location is very good, the beach’s are a lot less busy than closer to the main strip, the pools were great as there’s an adults only pool and a family pool. The alcoholic drinks they offered were great as well, overall it’s a solid 8/10, only just missing on a 10/10 for the lack of variety in their food selection.

The downside of this lovely resort is the lack of variety in their food selection, the buffets sometimes had a strange selection of food, we stayed in the villas that were facing the beach and had a mini plunge pool, don’t get me wrong location was great and beautiful view but there was a lack of security for the room we stayed in as anyone could walk in from the beach and access the pool and our door, the back sliding door could do with another lock.

The staff has been exceptional and always ready to help every step of the way. We especially loved Edgar from Café Sole and everyone working there throughout the day—our favorite spot! The resort also offers a decent Italian restaurant, a Mexican restaurant (which serves seafood during the day), and a buffet option. However, I wish they had full room service available at night. Since we had several early morning tours, it would have been helpful if they could provide fruit or breakfast before 6 AM. Overall, it has been a great experience! More beach chairs on the beach would be a welcome addition. Thank you so much for everything!

The room was big, well furnished, and very comfortable. The hotel had a lot of amenities, great pools and beach. All four restaurants in the hotel are really good, especially the Italian restaurants. There were some constructions but did not bother us at all (didn't hear noise). Staff are all very friendly, and the servers are excellent. Special thanks to Carlos at the Italian restaurant for his excellent service, he made our dinner even more enjoyable. And of course, thank you to Jessica, our butler, for making our stay stress-free.

The site its location the facilities were perfect. The events that the staff run daily for the visitors but it was great to see the accomodation create fun days for families and their children.

Our host Miguel was terrible. Bad directions wrong advice, he didnt even know that the accomodations had maps of the area. Lastly he was always full of excuses. Just terrible.

Food options where excellent and a wide variety. Staff was phenomenal and very friendly.

Hotel is advertised as “adults only” and that is not the case, there are only adult only designated areas that were kid free. Pool area that was for adults only was excellent and made up for it.

Great location, close to all the bars, just a 10 minute walk. Onsite facilities were great, food was exceptional. Staff were very friendly, Rey and Alvaro were very helpful could not do enough for us. Definitely going back

The Grand Park villas are wonderful. They are far enough way to feel secluded but near enough to the rest of the resort to be convenient. The beach and cabanas are right there and all of it well maintained
