Yohanna, who works in the on-site restaurant, is an absolute gem. We spend between a quarter and a third of a year in hotels and she absolutely stood out as being particularly friendly and always went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and have a good time. Apart from that, the hotel seems to be getting regular updates despite its age. Checking in a little early was no problem, the room was spacious and generally clean (with the exception of what is described below). Breakfast was good and varied, and the restaurant had some nice choices for lunch and dinner as well. Luggage storage for 2 nights to San Blas was no problem.

We're not big fans of carpet, especially in hallways, and here it was obvious why: It never seemed to be really clean. Also, our hallway and our room smelled moldy, but I guess that's difficult to avoid in this climate.

The pool is too small for the amount of guests staying. Its very uncomfortable especially when its crowded. Too many times guests had to turn away because space was limited. The pool was our major issue.

The property is well maintained

Only one chair in a room for four ladies one of which was pregnant. Asked for another chair didn’t get one. In two occasions had to request another bath towel as the maid kept putting three

Over all the hotel was excellent, from location, the staff was always helpful and have a great smile, and don’t even talk about the breakfast it’s was 10, buffet with a lot of variety of food, my kids enjoy the pool with a great view. Definitely I will stay again.

The room was spacious and bright. The bed was very comfortable with pillows of different hardness. The staff was very attentive.

Breakfast lacked variety. The room was poorly soundproofed. The bathroom only had a fixed shower.

Air conditioner is weak, and noisy when the fan kicks in - Room illumination is poor - Breakfast service is not very good, they take away your cup without asking if you want more - Restaurant and bar are on the expensive side - Pool closes too early

Room was very comfortable with a wonderful shower, comfortable beds and good size. Parking was very nice in compare to other hotels - east to get in and out. Very good gym as well.

Location was nice, close to many restaurants, walking distance to the Uraca park and also PANAMA sign. We didn't have breakfast there. Around the hotel there are many places to eat that offer different options/ vegetarian and vegan?. It was easy and cheap to take UBER to the old town and also other parts of the city.

Price for the room was high and breakfast not included in the price. Overall prices in Panama city are higher than i expected. It was missing slippers.

Not a single drink or a bottle of water to be find in the room.
