Generally all was fine. Location is great, a lot of cafes/restaurants around, and very central. Of course, some noise is unavoidable, but I was able to walk everywhere. All facilities in the hotel are good, very comfortable bed, breakfast was very interesting, with a lot of local products. Friendly staff.

The only thing was that I tried the A/C the first day, then I thought that there was some smell coming out, and didn't use it again. Could have been an issue only if there is a heatwave.

We could not turn the heat down so it was like a sauna in our room. Did not sleep well

Staff…Receptionist working at the night shift on 20th August 2022 (dont remember his name) and the bellboy Bahtiyar were extremely friendly, helpful and kind people. They welcomed us with a big smiles and upgraded our room at check-in. They both were impressively professional. Holiday Inn is lucky since they have these personnel. Hotel room was clean and beds were comfortable. They provided us waters as complimentary. Hotel’s location is at the heart of the best part of Ankara and 5 min walking distance to the best bars and restaurants. This hotel is very highly recommended! 🥰

No breakfast included in my stay. In general hotel is comfy and staff was good.

There is no carpark in the same building in the hotel. You need to walk for the carpark, staff was very helpful but I don't give my car keys to the parking staff. So this is the only point that I stay neutral.

Breakfast is good. The location is not bad. Clean room and bathroom. Friendly staff.

It seems like there is no aircon or very little airflow in the gym. Used it twice during my stay. Warm and stuffy after some time.

It was delicious, I regret not buying it both days of my stay.

Window can not be opened in the room. Design of the bath cabin is not good - water leaking out to the bathroom floor.
