First of all, I would like to say that I have stayed at this hotel several times for business reasons. The hotel is located near the financial district of Istanbul and is ideal for business stays. The rooms are excellently equipped, including a desk, and offer very good opportunities to work from the room. I would particularly like to thank Ms. Muazzez Safiye Sari (Guest Relations Officer) for her exceptional support and courteous manner. She was extremely courteous, pragmatic and solution-oriented in all respects and solved everything perfectly down to the last detail. This makes staying in a hotel as a guest fun and you look forward to the next time. In my previous stays in Turkey (up to 20 p.a.), this hotel in Istanbul has been the one with the perfect service and stands out for its professionalism, service and hospitality as you would expect from Turkey. I would also like to mention that the rooms are also absolutely quiet, and you actually feel at home. Keep it up!

There is nothing we didn't like. We felt very comfortable and also really appreciated the very good infrastructure (i.e. transport via Metro YAMANEVLER).

We had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Ümraniye, Istanbul! A special thanks to Ulaş at the front desk, who truly made our experience unforgettable. Without us even asking, he kindly upgraded our room to a larger one free of charge – such a thoughtful and generous gesture! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel itself is modern and well-maintained, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. Ulaş’s professionalism and warm attitude really stood out and made us feel incredibly welcome. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be back!

Great staff, very polite. From the door to the lobby. A big mall attached to the hotel, which you can access from the elevator of the hotel. It has a food court, supermarket and many stores. Extremely convenient. Room is clean, nice view of of the city. Hot water always available, so no bas surprise in this regard.

When I stay at a hotel, I only ask for my room to be cleaned once every three days. As I keep it fairly clean. But the cleaning was not great, bedding not changed and I know because I accidentally left my socks under the covers when I was sleeping. The trash under the desk was not emptied. This made me a bit anxious about whether or not bedding is changed after a guest leaves if they still look clean. 😕

Room was quite clean and spacious, had all kinds of amenities. Bed was extremely comfortable. Room service was on time. The hotel had 24 hour in-room dining facility and the food was pretty good. Its greatest convenience is that the hotel has direct access to a huge shopping mall from its lift. Most taxi and uber rides know of this place as the mall is a known landmark in the area. Hotel itself had friendly staff and feels quite safe for travellers. I was quite surprised that most of their staff spoke good English. Overall wonderful stay and nothing really to complain about. Planning to come back again on next trips.

Everything was good, from well mannered & helpful staffs, to food, cleanliness and convenience. So I can't really say anything that I didn't like from this stay at this hotel.

I stayed at that hotel at least 8 times, i could not find that they recognized me as a repeated at all, no single added benefits or normal extra services such as upgrade or in room amenity. I am a hotel general manager i treat my booking.com guests extremely with special and differentiated attention, which i never felt in that hotel, every time i arrive they treated me as a first-time arrival, do not they have a profile for such repeated guests. On Tuesday mt day of departure i asked to extend one night in advance as i could not finalize the meetings on Istanbul, simply my request was rejected

Lobby staff was polite and friendly, on the other hand, housekeeping staff awere very rude. Asked for extra blanket on the day we checed in and did not receice anything. Next day, had to remind and cleaning lady brought only bed sheet, saying they do not have extra blanket in their hotel with very rude attitude. Only afet going to lobby and asking again for blanket, we received it on 3 day of our stay

The elevator is working with card, sometimes card reader did not read room card. Have to show card several times before elevator will work

Very good breakfast, the rooms spacious, location far from the center but near the metro and shopping mall.

The rooms could be more clean, also for early check in they ask 100 eu to add, there were no enough towels, no bathrobes, no slippers for 4 people until we asked and they bring. There are no shampoo and body wash in the pool showers and water was leaking from the bathtub.

It's clean and the Rooms are spacious, on the day of check in , the reception staff named Mr.Ozan was very welcoming and helpful, he upgraded our kids room to Queen Suit room which was very kind of him , I must say he has excellent customer oriented approach. Overall the hotel was good and adjacent to shopping Mall and very near to Umranie Garden park which is very green and beautiful. Restaurant food is very tasty , we ordered kebab with yogurt and it was too yummy.

Washroom doors are difficult to lock as it needs repair. Breakfast was just ok.

Delicious full Turkish breakfast with plenty of variety. The gym is small, fitting under a dozen people, but functional. Swimming pool available for relaxation. The hotel is connected to a 6-story mall, making shopping and dining very convenient.

The location is great for SAW Airport, but if you also use IST Airport, it’s about 45 minutes away without traffic. Not a big issue, but something to keep in mind for frequent travelers.

As always, a very pleasant stay. Ideal and perfect for business trips. The connection to the financial district is perfect, with the subway practically on our doorstep. Ms. Safiye is always available and is open to all guest inquiries.

If you look for faults, you'll find them. I haven't been disappointed in any of my stays, so I can't say anything negative at this time.
