The entertainment team was absolutely amazing during the day & night. The Thursday NEON night was phenomenal. We got our faces painted, the dance floor and stage was decorated in neon colours, and they even had a giant robot appear!! For the restaurants, the food was delicious, and there was lots of variety. The rooms were the perfect size, temperature, & cleanliness. My teenage kids even got their own room to share (across from us) which was a HUGE bonus!! Our balcony overlooked the tennis court, but we didn't mind watching how to play Pickle Ball. The layout of the hotel was simple enough to find everything easily. The lobby was elegante and fancy, but comfortable enough to sit and hang out. We used the gym regularly every morning. The pools were clean, and had a large number of seating options. We even made use of the free water activities (snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding). For a family of 6, with 3 different generations, there was enough for everyone to be happy. Overall, everything was perfect!!

I liked everything

Breakfast was great, lots of choices, same for lunch and dinner, food tasted good. Location was lovely! Everything was clean, staff was helpful and friendly. Lovely beach with lots of sun loungers available. Rooms were very spacious and beds were really comfortable! Bathroom was nice too, with hair dryer and toiletries. Rooms have safe, iron and iron board and mini bar.

No elevators, so if you have persons in your party that have trouble climbing stairs you need to request a ground floor. If persons in your party are not so good on foot consider to carry a walker or wheel chair, as the distance from rooms to restaurants and entertainment area can be a bit far.

I love the food, friendly and respective staff anf welcoming atmosphere.. I can hardly wait to return with family members

My stay was to short

The resort is absolutely beautiful! The food is delicious, and the beach is spectacular. The rooms and beds are comfortable and clean. There are more than enough beach chairs and plenty of shade options. We enjoyed the different water sport options included.

Nothing

The staff is amazing, the nightly entertainment staff being my favorite; all of the pools allowed everyone to enjoy their vacation without being on top of eachother.

The one complaint I had is the housekeeping/room service staff, they’re inconsistent in their timing and the refilling of the mini bar took days to get done.

Great resort only complaint it’s that the family rooms are a far walk from the front of the resort where dining is and no room service. Those with young kids may find it difficult to go back and forth. Service was exceptional and the staff are very friendly

I loved the food, the cozy sports bar, the very comfortable bed and room. Also a BIG shout out to CHAD who helped me with my luggage. He was very helpful and courteous.

I didn't like that there weren't elevators available. Also it was very difficult navigating the buildings where the rooms were. It was like a difficult maze

Breakfast was excellent every day, it was great having traditional Jamaican food every morning. Overall Riu exceeded my expectations and l look forward to returning soon.

There was no umbrella in my room, had to wait out the rain to have dinner. I was in building 4 so l had to wait a while.

I like the room design. It was very clean and spacious. Also, I was pleased with the beverages that were given to us.

I didn't like that we had to walk to the 3rd floor where our room was. It was really tiring, especially bringing our luggage to our car when we were leaving.

The location was great, had amazing views right on the beach. The staff was great and accommodated us with anything that we needed. I would absolutely stay here again!
