The receptionist was friendly and very accommodating. The catering and bar staff also the same.

I had the queen size bed, which I found the mattress very uncomfortable, lumpy if truth be told . I was there for 2 nights, and It rained every day for a couple of hours, throughout the day. I still enjoy my time regardless.

Super location on the beach! The best part of 7 mile beach. Nice and very clean room surrounded by beautiful garden :) Fantastic bed and nice shower. Great housekeeping!!! Nice bar on the beach.

The pool was dirty as hell :( Renovation still taking place, so nothing look like on the photos. No tables & umbrellas around the pool and full of dust. Bar closing at 9pm.

1 There were too much opening between the window seams there was a lot of mosquitoes inside the rooms. 2 You need to put mats by the door to go inside to clean off the sand from your feet . 3 The servant of the food is not enough It's like your catering for all kids

1 there was no internet connection inside of the rooms .2 Rooms should have come with a mini fridge and microwave .3 Cable did not have enough channels

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great, right on the beach. The pool was clean and so were the rooms. The food was delicious.

The windows were shutters, and you could hear everyone talking. You could also hear the load trucks driving by at night.

Staff was very friendly & helpful. Nice beach area & pool. Beds were comfortable. Amanda was our housekeeper & she was terrific. Very friendly. Always made our room super clean. Helpful with any questions we had. She's a real asset to the hotel.

Location was far away from where we like to spend our time. First room they put us in was a hot mess but new room we were moved to was so much better. Wifi wasn't very good. No hot water a few mornings.

I liked the location, the facility close to almos everything in Negril, I liked the ambience, and the friendlines of the Staff

They could offer a better facility as for restaurant bar looked old but very good drinks fixing. All installations are good but I think requires more updating in the restaurant, bar area

liked the location and the design of the hotel. the desert look as you walk towards your room was a great look. the beds were comfy and it was a cute spot to relax. great views both morning and evening, walking distant to other locations.

the Air condition was positioned stupidly over the head of the bed… this is a major concern as this can be placed anywhere but over the head where guests sleep. this will just cause illness due to the cold draft.

Very green grounds and our room on the first floor had a super comfortable king size bed and a lovely balcony. There were always enough beach chairs and towels available. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are somewhat dated but still pleasant and the property overall has a very cosy old time Negril charm. For the very reasonable rate price we payed in high season, I have really no complaints!

There was a plumbing failure in our bathroom. The faucet was placed to far away from the wash basin. So when washing hands the wash stand got easily flooded. A bit annoying, but after a while we got used to it. :-)

Staff is very good always trying to accommodate requests.

Would like to see better updates on bathroom plumbing and fixtures water pressure better hot water supply and better cable package

Only 2 soap in the bathroom. No shampoo no conditioner
