My girlfriend and I were at the Sunrise Club for 8 nights. It is in a perfect location to access the beach, and there are tons of great Jamaican restaurants (highly recommend Coletta's), and food stands nearby. There is limited parking, but I never had trouble getting a spot for our rental car. The room was very simple, which was all we needed, and the staff kept it very clean. Having a restaurant and bar on-site was convenient, especially one evening when it rained extremely hard. They serve some of the best coffee we had anywhere in Jamaica. The bathroom had a very good-sized shower and thankfully had hot water, which some other places on our trip did not. Will definitely stay here again when in Negril.

The WiFi coverage is not good in the room, although you can get a solid connection in the courtyard. There is no fridge or microwave in the room. Neither of these things was a big deal for us, but we wanted to mention them in case they are important for others.

The property was in the middle of the night/day life close to the beach and cafe and bars There was a super Market bar and ATM very close by The room was comfortable and clean with towels and soap provided There Was a safe free of charge and daily maid service The breakfast was lovely fresh eggs and bacon toast jam £20 for 2 with coffee We had 2 evening meals in the hotel which averaged approx £70-£80 per meal for 2 with drinks First night I had pizza 18 USD but a full 12 inch fries extra but was delicious Husband had lobster with potatoes veg 45USD also delicious We were also served free bread as a appetiser The staff who served us was lovely and I tipped the first night great service Second evening the hotel was extremely busy for food and expected to wait a while we waited 2hrs plus for food My food came first with the bread was delicious pasta with mushrooms But unfortunately they make a mistake with my husband’s food and by the time his seafood pasta came I had finished mine, which was not great. We did get a sorry for the delay but not offered a free drink or deduction from the bill for the mistake We were told the table behind us had our food and then had to wait for the chef to make another one The only positive was the food is amazing and very fresh but unfortunately due to the the delay and mix up we didn’t eat there again for this reason only

Great location near the beach. Quiet and clean, staff were all very friendly. On site restaurant was nice.

Slightly expensive for a fairly basic hotel room.

The Coziness Of It Really Got Me As Well As The Placement Of The Property. The Room Had The Amenities You REALLY Need In Jamaica & That Is An Enclosed Room , COLD Central Air & A TV! I Also Like How Safe The Grounds Felt.

I Didn’t Like Not Having Access To A Fridge Or Microwave But I Do Understand That Those Are Amenities You’d Have To Pay Extra For Or Request. Luckily The Staff Were Very Helpful & Willing To Assist Me With Getting My Food Warmed Up.

The room here was very clean. It had a TV with many channels and towels in the room. The AC was working really well keeping the room refreshed for when you come inside from the heat. They have a lady to clean your room daily. Don't forget to leave her a little tip. There is also on site bar and restaurant so you don't have to go far if you are hungry. The hotel is in a great location walking distance from the convenience store and many other bars/restaurants/night clubs. It is also located directly across the street from the famous 7 mile beach. It is less that a one minute walk to get to the beach! I would definitely stay here again.

Only thing missing was a pool

Beautiful place with an amazing garden between the different rooms. Everybody was super friendly. The beach is only 2 Minutes away. You can also get amazing Italian food, which we just had to get multiple times while we stayed there.

We Loved the vibe at Sunrise. Luca and his staff were very helpful and friendly. The location for a street side resort was perfect for us. A "Pattie" shop on the property, a little store real close and ATM within 1 block made our stay even better. The Pizza and food is well known and great. Our son was stranded 4 extra days and Luca was able to put them up for the same price. Thanks Luca

Our room was the Deluxe with a queen and full bed. but the room was located in the very front near the street and pattie shop so we had constant noise. Croaking frogs/toads all night long, That once we got used to was a calming sound but the constant traffic sounds . Also the location of our room was very challenging for water pressure and toilet flushing. The linens even though fresh upon request need to be updated.

I liked the ambiance, the full service restaurant and bar. The food was incredible and service very professional and friendly. Loved the rustic chic look with the landscaping and clean, well maintained rooms.

The only thing I would have liked more was to have this property on the beach side to not have to cross the road. It is not a big deal and beyond their control. The pathway to the beach is right across the road.

the location was excellent the staff were amazing especially Keisha bam bam, bar staff (especially helping me to get a birthday cake) Luca and his team are amazing. we upgraded to a suite well well worth it, beautiful size room, very comfortable bed, fantastic fridge. one thing the lobster Thermidor have it !!!! amazing meal up there with the best over 3 weeks in Jamaica. use Mr floyd he was a god send for us, thank you sir.

staff problem in the kitchen one night due to staff shortages, this was a blip and Luca rectified this for us. thank you.

the staff was very helpful and went out of there way to assist when they could. The fact that the women at the bart had to prepare the food and serve the tables

the one thing i didnt like was the younger guys hanging around bar not drinking or working just sitting and the security didnt always be at gate at night
