It was a great location for teenage kids, which is exactly. A large family vacation with six adults and six children. The Flo Rider, and wired lounge were a big hit.

I was told because I used Booking.com the transportation that is advertised everywhere on their website and yours that is supposed to be inclusive was not. I had to pay $45 per person round-trip to get transportation. And many of the restaurants were out of steaks, Fish, specialty items on the menu.

The staff and food were exceptional! The hotel room had a great view of the beach and surrounding areas, as well as there was very good access to the beach front, pools and town centre. My children enjoyed the game room as well.

It was too expensive and inaccessible for my family members in Jamaica to visit to have lunch with us on site. I tried to plan a family reunion with my children's grandmother and great grandmother, only to be disappointed with the fact that it was cheaper to take them to a neighbouring hotel for lunch, given that I had already spent exorbitantly on an all-inclusive for my immediate family at the property.

Honestly, everything was wonderful except for one issue. When I arrived at the hotel, I was supposed to check in at 3:00 PM, but unfortunately, I wasn’t able to do so until around 5:00 PM. This delay was quite frustrating, as I believe check-in should happen exactly at the scheduled time. That being said, I truly loved the staff — they were amazing, very friendly, helpful, and always welcomed us with a smile. The food was also excellent, the atmosphere was great, and overall, everything else was absolutely wonderful.

It’s a wow , staff was friendly, very very clean food was excellent extremely good mini bar was free, I would recommend it it’s one off the hotels party , drinks on the house ,beach front was clean all surrounding areas all the facilities was so good massage ,therapy,excellent combo,fabulous indeed I couldn’t complain about a thing enjoy myself to the max wish I had more time the ambience was lovely ,decor and well bright and Jason was very helpful well spoken, wine& spirit Italian restaurant, all variety off food was in the restaurant to choose from . You name it they got . Only one small the bath robe logo could be abit bigger. Smile)

1. Lots to keep kids entertained - arcade , play room, night shows eg magic show , pools, slides, beach volley ball, beach obstacle course. My kids loved it all. 2. Lots of food options kids will love eg donuts at breakfast, crepes, ice cream, pizza, burger, nuggets , no shortage of these. We also enjoyed hibachi and steak and seafood restaurants. 3. Massive property so lots of pool and beach options 4. Fairly friendly and responsive staff. Constantly checking in and clearing plates and offering new drinks. 5. Mobile app made booking restaurants a breeze and keeping up to date on activities and events.

1. Double beds are small 2. House keeping not great. Unclear schedule and inconsistent responses to requests. 3. A worker asked my son to sneak him some food. Not sure how the staff are treated but with all the food wasted at an all inclusive, I do hope that staff are fed for free.

The hotel is beautiful, restaurants are good especially the jerk hut and Momo. The entertainment is good. I only really appreciated the jamaican culture show. Beach is ok, not comparable to other places on the island like Negril but decent. Oustanding service, Ashely and Yaneak at the reception helped me a lot with check-in and sorting out things during my stay. I really also appreciated the work of the laundry service. All the ladies at the Concierge and laundry service who brought me my clothes last minute were amazing.

In my room (North building) i could hear parties on my last night at the resort until very late. Could not sleep.

The location was stunning, the beach was beautiful, and the staff embodied an authentic Jamaican vibe—it was amazing! Jamaicans have a laid-back attitude, and to truly enjoy the experience, you have to embrace their Bob Marley-inspired energy. I loved that this hotel is one of the few in the world that still maintains an old-school charm, especially in the Gondola restaurant—don’t lose that special touch! The background reggae music and Bob Marley tunes added to the atmosphere beautifully. The hotel’s app was also excellent for making restaurant reservations and ordering room service

More coconuts in the beach and fresh fruit in the buffette would be great

We were here for a total of 7 days. I loved the variety of food at the buffet. The specialty restaurants were very nice as well. The staff was pleasant for the most part. The check-in staff deserved a raise. The entire crew was fantastic.

There are a few things I did not like. Housekeeping did not sweep and mop my room daily. The shower would pool water after a shower and drain slowly. There was also hair (not mine) in the shower. Our towel rack was rickety when we checked in and fell off the second night. Housekeeping didn't tell maintenance, I did. She put the towels on the bottom rack under the sink. Lastly, the hallway was always dirty. Housekeeping should vacuum the hall at least twice a day. The person designated to cut meat had to be "found" during dinner.
