The food was good when you finally got some but it was constantly running out of food without replenishment. The Jamaican offering of food could have been expanded as it was really good if you got some.

Hotel seemed to be busy so a lot of people were milling about without a clear direction of how to get food. Plates were on other side of the food rather than being closer to food. People were confused until they were told. The breakfast experience seemed to be disorganized. The flow of people from both ends led to chaos. Especially as there was on one person cooking eggs and 50 people waiting in line. The food when you got it was good but too much chaos.

It was a great location for teenage kids, which is exactly. A large family vacation with six adults and six children. The Flo Rider, and wired lounge were a big hit.

I was told because I used Booking.com the transportation that is advertised everywhere on their website and yours that is supposed to be inclusive was not. I had to pay $45 per person round-trip to get transportation. And many of the restaurants were out of steaks, Fish, specialty items on the menu.

The staff and food were exceptional! The hotel room had a great view of the beach and surrounding areas, as well as there was very good access to the beach front, pools and town centre. My children enjoyed the game room as well.

It was too expensive and inaccessible for my family members in Jamaica to visit to have lunch with us on site. I tried to plan a family reunion with my children's grandmother and great grandmother, only to be disappointed with the fact that it was cheaper to take them to a neighbouring hotel for lunch, given that I had already spent exorbitantly on an all-inclusive for my immediate family at the property.

The snorkeling around the rocks in the sea around the facility was very good with clear visibility & lots of various sea life to see. The staff were extremely friendly & helpful to any of our requests, and couldn't do enough to ensure we felt welcomed & cared for. The food from the room service was really good & had a great choice of options.

The food for lunch at the outdoor food counters around the pool was not that great for choice or taste. The food from the buffet at the Buccaneer restaurant was also not very great for choice or taste, therefore we decided to order room service for breakfast & dinner for the nights we couldn't get a reservation at the A La Cart restaurants.

One of the highlights of my stay at Moon Palace Resort was the game room. It was exceptionally well-designed, modern, and filled with a wide variety of entertainment options for all ages. The equipment and games were in excellent condition, and the atmosphere was both fun and relaxing. It provided the perfect space to unwind and enjoy quality time with family and friends. The staff overseeing the area were attentive and helpful, ensuring everyone had a great experience. Overall, the game room truly added an extra touch of enjoyment to the resort’s already outstanding amenities.

Everything was okay to my liking.

Honestly, everything was wonderful except for one issue. When I arrived at the hotel, I was supposed to check in at 3:00 PM, but unfortunately, I wasn’t able to do so until around 5:00 PM. This delay was quite frustrating, as I believe check-in should happen exactly at the scheduled time. That being said, I truly loved the staff — they were amazing, very friendly, helpful, and always welcomed us with a smile. The food was also excellent, the atmosphere was great, and overall, everything else was absolutely wonderful.

My stay at Moon Palace Hotel was incredibly satisfying and memorable. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and attentive service. The room was spacious, clean, and offered stunning views, while the resort’s amenities—from the variety of pools to the world-class dining options—exceeded my expectations. I especially appreciated the relaxing atmosphere and the beautiful beachfront. The food variety and taste was great . Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would gladly return for another stay.

Despite booking in advance, I was disappointed by the two hours waiting to check in, which took away from the otherwise enjoyable start to my stay at the hotel.

1. Lots to keep kids entertained - arcade , play room, night shows eg magic show , pools, slides, beach volley ball, beach obstacle course. My kids loved it all. 2. Lots of food options kids will love eg donuts at breakfast, crepes, ice cream, pizza, burger, nuggets , no shortage of these. We also enjoyed hibachi and steak and seafood restaurants. 3. Massive property so lots of pool and beach options 4. Fairly friendly and responsive staff. Constantly checking in and clearing plates and offering new drinks. 5. Mobile app made booking restaurants a breeze and keeping up to date on activities and events.

1. Double beds are small 2. House keeping not great. Unclear schedule and inconsistent responses to requests. 3. A worker asked my son to sneak him some food. Not sure how the staff are treated but with all the food wasted at an all inclusive, I do hope that staff are fed for free.

The restaurants were good. Liked the beach front, staff and facilities on the beach. The entertainment good but could be improved with comedians or talent shows. The games room was great, liked the different activities to try.

The buffet for the breakfast needs improving, a few times there was no food in the serving containers and some times the area was very messy. There was an occasion where we had to wait a considerable amount of time for plates. I liked my room but they could replenished the bathroom with better shampoo and body wash
