Breakfast was great 😊 love the vibe, love the bar tenders, Both guys name Omar was so nice and made really good drinks, the swim up bar was also cool, enjoyed the music with the live dj, love he took request, and enjoyed sesame treat entertainment, and the tie dye was also fun, my grand kids had a ball… Also I showed my grand daughter the Autism very nice center and love the awareness. My granddaughter is 7 and also liked it.

I think the room could have a little more light, the mirror was in an awkward place I was in room 1402 was hard to see what my outfit looked like, dresser was in the way, and I wish I had a patio where I could have went outside to sit, seemed like I was almost the only one who didn’t have a outdoor patio, my view was blocked by the roof top.

The location was not in ocho rios as stated. That was deceiving, as our goal was to stay close to family. Ended up being far away from our family.

Did not receive daily housekeeping as we were told. Most staff friendly, some not too friendly. Also I was charged $60 for phone/fax. Was told I would not be charged since it was an error. I was charged and need a refund please.

Bro Bro!! from Le Parisienne was very friendly & pleasant & made our dining experience the best at the resort. Food at Le Parisienne was also good. Even though we & other families waited a while before being seated, the overall dining experience was the best. Big up to Jerome J & Brianna, the hostess. Thanks to Renia from Bayside, who was always so pleasant & willing to help. My son said Tasekie was also extremely helpful & courteous. The food at Bayside was generally good (most things) however they could have more variety (especially Jamaican dishes). Shanniel from the BBQ Park was amazing & genuine. Loved her honest recommendations on what best to try. We had her again at Bayside & her friendliness & helpfulness remained the same. She's a true gem, protect her at all costs. Thanks to Rochelle from Venetian for organizing the birthday surprise for my son during our dinner there. Shout out to Tamara (bartender) & Keshia at the Creperie. Most of the Loyalty & Travel crew were all friendly wherever you saw them on the resort. Special shout out to Willie, Deleon and HolaLee. Tristianna (TT) from Entertainment is such an asset to the resort, she was friendly & accommodating & made us feel right at home. For entertainment, we loved the Vernon's live band on Tuesday night, they were amazing! And the silent headphone party on Wednesday night turned out to be way more fun and enjoyable than we expected! Jinelle was literally the only person from the bar team who asked if I was okay and needed anything, whenever she passed me at the poolside or beach. Thanks also to Cion who was so friendly & helpful & also to the ladies from Island Routes and the Resort shop who helped me and my sister, when the coffee machine needed milk. Thanks also to Kadian from front desk who helped us get some stuff that was missing from our room and thanks also to Cordella for all her help.

While our room was spacious enough for all of us, the stocking of the room was not consistent nor adequate for the number of persons booked for the room. When we got to the room, we had to request some stuff that weren't in the room like laundry bags, not enough tea bags, tea cups etc. Thanks to Kadian from front desk that got on it right away and by the time we got back to our room, they were there (except for the laundry bags which we didn't get at all throughout the trip, even though we asked again for them from housekeeping). Most of the food was just okay but not memorable. Expected more options & better quality (e.g. steak at Neptunes was tough & soup was salty). The bees were too much, especially at the beach bar & also at the section with the flowers close to the water slides. Not sure if there's a way to deal with them in an environmentally conscious manner but it needs to be looked into. Other guests complained about them too. The majority of team members (including the GM and some managers) weren't very friendly or courteous & didn't even greet or acknowledge you. Some just stared at you & said nothing while others just passed you as if you didn't exist. Many of the staff need to also learn or relearn not to air their grievances in public in front of the guests (whether or not they think the guests won't hear them or understand them, or because they are "yaadie" so they wouldn't mind.) It's a great property but has lots of work to do with upgrading their buildings. Some sections felt very run down & could do with a coat of paint or repairs. The elevators on the beach were in bad shape, with broken tiles & stripping paint from the walls. The boards under the higher slides at the Waterpark appear to be waterlogged & needs addressing. Generally, my family enjoyed our stay at the resort but we wouldn't return.

I didn’t like the fact that above the the ‘Beaches’ sign, at the main stage, was falling apart. It doesn’t look good… fix it!! I didn’t want to post my videos on social media with such view of an expensive resort… nah! I tried record below the sign which was a pain… yet still I could not post my videos feeling like I was at a top notch hotel. Also, there were a lot of flies. OMG! Flies, were all over, especially at the buffet restaurant. Flies at the smoothie section, on the pastries etc..

Food was mediocre at best. Some of it was downright bad.

The best part of the hotel is Miss Primrose. We are thankful to her . Your stuff is the best part of the hotel experience.
