The hotel met all my expectations. The hotel staff were all friendly and attentive. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were cooked to my requirements. The only disappointment was that the pool area was cordoned off. Even if the pool cannot be used it should be utilised for a sun terrace. A beautiful hotel, excellent location,so close to all the action in the town. 24hr security, all staff cannot do enough for you. A pleasure to stay and I shall be back.

They could look at using the pool area for a sun terrace, a bar is close by however they could reopen the bar area too. Also with the hotel having a prime location right on the reef, links with watersport locals could improve access to the sea.

It located just next to the Caribbean sea. We go snorkeling every afternoon. It also very close to down town, we walk round the downtown area looking for dinners. Our room has a balcony with good view.

The oceans view ,the lacation : in the center of ocho Rios ,thefurniture and the cleanness of the room. I also enjoyed the television with wifi facilities ,the friendliness of the staff and how helpful they were.

The entrance before the hotel needs to be paved over and the hall needs a little uplifting.

It is an older property in beautiful quiet location but still near restaurant’s and activities. Because being older reminded me Italian Rivera, but this is matter of taste. If you are not romantic and look new Hilton it is not your place

I was not impressed with breakfast. Was rather basic for 12$

The staff was friendly and the place really comfortable and serene. The porch scene of the beach was so beautiful. We loved it. We will definitely come back.

Just need a restaurant and some entertainment. . And the swimming pool needs to be up and running.

location couldn’t be better. it’s an older hotel it has charm . right by Main Street . be sure to ask for Jackson taxi
