Janelle Jarvis in Los Olas was exceptional!! Always a big smile, helpful, a pleasure. The service at Takara was also exceptional!!!! First class!!

I wish you would implement a no tipping rule. Since it all inclusive, there is a lot of extenuating pressure to always tip for drinks, etc. The uniforms at Los Olas are confusing, you don’t know who is a waiter or bus person. You don’t know who to ask for what. The service at Rodizio, in the evening, was horrible!!!! The waitress seemed like she didn’t want to be there, no service.We had to ask for our plates to be cleared numerous times. A big disappointment. The choices for vegan food were very limited!! I couldn’t wait to get home so I could eat something other than potatoes, bread and pasta. Maybe add some tofu dishes……

room service took too long and the food was dry, not having pillow cases on our final night , I had to wait 3 hours and make five calls before they came. one of them turned up dirty with make up stains, it was used. apparently they had a shortage of pillow cases. bath robes and slippers were not provided because they have a shortage even though they still advertise them. our bed wasn’t fully made on the second day, just sheets only with no pillow cases.

Breakfast was good—enough dishes to choose from. The staff made the experience much better. They were helpful, courteous, and friendly

The directions to the restaurant the first night. It turned out okay when a manager took the time to escort me to a restaurant. When there was nothing on the menu at that one that I could choose from, he escorted me to another. That was really thoughtful, and it made the experience much more memorable.

The size of the resort. The room was very spacious. The attentiveness of the staff was excellent they checked on us every two hours to know if we needed anything. The variety of food to choose from several different restaurants across the property. The customer service of the staff, clean well kept outdoors and activities to choose from wether indoor or outdoor there's something for everybody. The beach was nice and clean crystal clear blue waters. Majestic views from every angle. The pool area spreads right across the resort. Bars everywhere! Energized entertainment crew. Well equipped gym. Complimentary bottle of rum and chardonnay. A romantic Dinner on the beach for an additional charge Overall this is a topnotch resort And if it's your birthday this is place you want to choose

But you must tell them you want the sheet, cover and pillow to be cleaned for sensitive skin

The property is clean and the staff are absolutely amazing! I spent every day at the beach, which was peaceful and relaxing.

It would have been nice to have restaurants on the adult side of the resort. But definitely not a dealbreaker (there are a few in the family side that are restricted to adults only which was nice). Every single staff member I encountered was professional and friendly (even though they work A LOT, with minimal pay from the resort, so PLEASE, PLEASE be prepared to tip).

So big there were plenty of options. Staff was great - my butler Ashdain was great, some of the waiters like Daniel Kidd and Ushaine took great care of us, the aqua aerobics instructor Sean have really good workouts. Nigel the cart driver was always friendly and Mandisa at boutique store also really great. In general, great staff who were very friendly and helpful. The bar tenders were top class as well!

So big there were plenty of options which I learnt about later in my trip. Would’ve been good to know upfront. Not always easy to get a booking for someone of the a la carte restaurants.

I was impressed with the number of pools and the layout of the property.

The staff was very friendly and attentive ...but they would start the morning pretty early (@7:15am) and sometimes they were loud in the hallway, which would wake us up. So you really couldn't sleep in past 7:15 -7:30 am. Food was mostly very good (buffets) but some of the restaurants, ie. Don Pablo & Brazilian Steakhouse, were mediocre... Asian & Japanese restaurants were very good!

I loved the scenery, the pool vibes, the restaurant food was superb. I liked the midnight snack bar. The beach was beautiful and I loved how they placed the rocks to block the waves from crashing in and destroy the beach that was a smart move. All the staff were friendly and the entertainment crew was the highlight of the entire hotel. We did have an incident with one of the security and my husband, but once we reported it to the front desk it was quickly rectified and we never encountered another issue whilst being there and they made sure to call everyday to ensure I was enjoying my birthday, I also loved they ask you what your celebrating and they quickly put a sash on the door to represent what your celebrating before you reach their that was nice and I also got roses on my bed saying " HAPPY QUEEN DAY" and a bottle of champagne I will definitely be back need to look into the privilege package!!!!

I didn't like my room location because we had sun facing our balcony all day so we could only enjoy it during tje night, but we will upgrade next time to have a better view, I wish they had better selections with the food more Authentic jamaican food the menu was too AMERICANIZED for me. You have people coming from all over the world maybe switch it up one in a while.

They had good food selection and great ocean view, beach bar and pool bar. Room was clean and front desk staff was very friendly. Shae the butler was awesome, so was sam. some good bartenders though not all. Great towel replacements. Had a smoking section. The security inside the resort was relaxed.

The pools were not as deep as desired. Not enough sun cover. the beach is too small to take decent walks. Had a personal towel stolen from me unfortunately. There were a bunch of flies around food. The air conditioning inside the main restaurant is not great and expect to sweat your butt off. The flies on the beach front side balconies are overwhelming and a problem. Swim area was small and the deserts were mainly bad with a very few select exemptions.
