When we arrived there the staff seem saw us in the camera with my 4 yrs old son, so she went out and gave lots of snacks for him to eat and she said children there are rare to come so it’s not a problem if my son take a lot of it. A lot of nice amenities.

Some rooms have strong smell of cigarette

The room and bath is huge! There is everything you need in the room.

The location is not so good. it is quiet far from train station, its close to industrial area, I am not sure where is the closest bus station. Also its very far from Nagoya city most popular attractions. But i dont regret going to this hotel xD

Big rooms, clean, plenty of amenities. Affordable. Coffee and tea in the rooms, as well.

Things were fine, but be aware this is a love motel so maybe don't come if you have children with you.

I like the place, convenient, clean and so many stuff you can use. And complete package with breakfast included in our payment its a cheap price but the quality of the hotel is amazing the tv is so big you can enjoy the new movies downloaded all ready in tv, i think we gonna book again soon ❤️

Its very far in the train station from shima ujinaga station..its almost 39mins walk from station to christmas hotel site..

all of it! the room is as good as a theme park, astonishing and mesmerizing… we enjoyed it! in my birthday and post Christmas celebration we will book there! its my 3rd time in this hotel and the hotel experience is outstanding and the value is way cheaper than it looks.

The room was spacious and beautifuly decorated. The bed was a bit on the hard side but very comfortable. The walls were well insulated so it was really quiet. Overall an excellent experience, I was pleasantly surprised. Would recommend even for casual stays for adult couples.

The room was a bit worn out, but the facilities were still quite good. No complaints really.

Rooms were very clean.

Cards did not work to open the doors and each time we want to open we had to call the reception.
