Great breakfast that started early at 6:30am. Good selection of food variety that I enjoyed very much. A lot of amenities that are freely available. I am super grateful that they offer face mask and drip coffee. Helps alot for me to freshen up after a long travel after check-in. You can check if the washing machine is being used from the TV in the room.

Long walking distance (abt 10min) from the Nagoya station. Plus the road construction that is going on adds to the confusion to find the place. Thankfully it is all a flat road. You can hear the sound of the trains in the room.

the facility was very clean the only set back it does not provide with shutlle services to and from the airport! I would like a faciity with that services since I have language limitation, so juggling with suitcases to the train station was not fun as a visitor. Otherwise very good, I enjoyed the breakfast, the staff were so friendly and professional! keep up the good work!

Perhaps because we came from a trip with lots of walking already, the location (though it looked close on the map) was actually way further from Nagoya Station than we imagined. The hotel is located conveniently around many car rental companies and public car parks (paid), making it easy for planned day trips out of the city. Just opposite the hotel, was a surprisingly popular / famous ramen bar (Shishimaru). The entire hotel experience was fantastic! They provided pajamas (alike traditional Japanese hotels) that were really comfortable, the toiletries are in the lobby for your picking and the bed and pillows were amazing. The rooms were brilliantly clean (no allergies to dust mites at all) and spacious. The staff were really patient in assisting with our enquiries, some of them using an AI translation tool, and went the distance to help us understand local parking regulations etc.

A 7-minute walk to Kamejima Station if you want to explore Sakae , 13-minute walk to Meitetsu Bus Center where the buses to Shirakawa-go and Nabana No Sato and the Limited Express going to and from Chubu International Airport are located. Breakfast buffet is also good, except that they do not serve bacon for breakfast. The room has a bed that can accommodate 2 adults and a 12-year old child with no additional cost for the child. Across the hotel is a good ramen place called Shishimaru. A few steps from the hotel is a convenience store called Daily and a restaurant that has the word Curry on it which was still open when we arrived around 12 midnight.

It takes 15 minutes walk from the Nagoya Station and you have to ask many people but they don’t know Finally the Nagoya Train Information told me to look for the Super Hotel as it is in between 2 Super Hotel which is much larger than Richmond But the staff is wonderful specially N Ozeki n Miss Hironaka. The two ladies helped me so much in some problem I had. I would highly recommend the future guest to take the booking. We walked towards the Toyota museum Noritake museum and Skydome in one big circle and back to the Hotel easily. The breakfast is very good and has something new everyday to eat

Well the only thing it seems the housekeeping didn’t vacuum the room well as my nose felt it every morning as an allergy

The location was good. Keep in mind that it's kind of far to travel with suitcases in tow from the shinkasen but it was a good location for the metro. The layout of the station is vast. The closest stop is actually the stop down from Nagoya on the yellow line.

Our first night we had a stain on the outer comforter but the staff allowed us to change rooms. I initially asked for a new comforter but it was difficult to communicate this.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, they were very patient in explaining to us the whole process of sending our luggage to our next hotel. It's pretty close to the main Nagoya Station, fairly OK walk even with big luggage. The room is not super spacious but we were aware of that, it would be just fine for people with smaller or less luggage. The amenities were great, we could get as many as we wanted over at the reception and it had a bit of everything.

Amazing staff and hospitality. Better than even some of the 4 star hotels in the area. Very accommodating. Room checkout extension for a reasonable cost. Good coffee for free, especially the fact that it is latte. All amenities provided - exceeded expectations in this regard.

Busy business Nagoya hotel tucked in between two “super” hotels. 8 minute walk from Nagoya station. Clean, tidy, efficient service and exceptional breakfast. Not the cheapest but convenient location is worth it! Also kid friendly. Highly recommended! This is the place to stay when visiting Nagoya!
