I like the location of the hotel as it is just a five-minute walk from the JR Nagoya Station. There are also many restaurants and a convenience store close by. This is the first time in a long time that I was able to book a hotel room with breakfast, and I was pleasantly surprised. Though the breakfast is not continental, the food was very homey and I was muster up the willpower to wake up early to enjoy the breakfast. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I slept really well and I could not have done it without the cleanliness and comfort provided by the hotel. Thank you so much.

I do not really have any complaints, but I think it would be nice if the check-out time could be extended to 11 AM. This is so that we could enjoy the hotel breakfast more. Other than that, I cannot think of anything that the hotel could improve on.

Good location only 10 minutes from Nagoya Station. The hotel was clean and good value for money. They also offer complimentary soup and drinks such as coffee and tea from 12pm to 12 am midnight.
