Extremely clean, comfortable beds. Very cool stay, especially for one night. Rooftop balcony was awesome to hang out in (and you can access it while you are not checked in for multi day stays). Perfect location.

One major problem: for multiple night stays, you must check out by 10 and can check in after 2 again. You can leave stuff in your locker, but your pod must be completely emptied, no more use of the shower, and no access to your locker during that 4 hour period. Minor issue: there is only one power outlet in the capsule bed, and none in the locker.

On the plus side: location, nearby Nagoya bus terminal, they provide clean bath towel, face towel and feet towel also clean lounge-wear everyday. They also provide earplugs, which was needed. Modern facilities. Polite staff. Priceworthy.

On minus side: No room to pack in and out suitcase. You literally need to open your suitcase in the corridor where people are walking by and also people next to your lockers need to open their locker doors. Only coffee served for breakfast together with very dry tiny slice of "scone" or "banana-bread". Either of them are good. A plain rice onigiri would be better alternative. No tea, had to ask for hot water which they served in a tiny glass. Lounge area on 10th floor was always crowded. Not enough charging atea for mobile. Couch area does not have changing station at all.

At first I disliked having my luggage in a separate room on a separate floor, but I've come to realize that I prefer it that way. You don't get bothered by the sound of people opening and closing their luggage and the luggage is in a locked closet. It was inconvenient that the floor was locked off some hours of the day, but its nice to have a clean bed and clean towels every night.

I unfortunately had an unexpected medical issue during my stay. The staff were not very helpful. I had a bleeding from my neck which I couldn't stop. The staff didn't help me and I ended up sleeping with a towel wrapped around my neck, bleeding out for hours. I understand that its a rare circumstance but I wish they were trained for situations like these. I felt unsafe as no one could help me and I’m not familiar enough with the country to know what to do in these situations. I asked the staff for help my multiple times. They gave me a bandage, which didn't really help as I was bleeding too much. One time when I asked a staff for help, they left me because they had to go cleaning and I was left bleeding in the common space (since the rooms were locked off)

The cabin and Shower area was very clean. Every day new bed sheets and towels. Very comfortable futons. I found it a great advantage no suitcases or personal belongings were allowed in the sleeping area. So there was absolute silence.

The floors in the locker, lounge and entrance area were very dirty. The common toilet at the entrance was smelly and dirty ,especially the door.. Their rules and regulations of where and where not taking off shoes were confusing. There was no place where to put the street shoes. The lockers on the 3rd. were so small to store luggage, clothes, shoes and a daily bag. There was no elsewhere to put your personal belongings. The "breakfast" was a piece of cake and a small cup of coffee. From 11am until 3pm there was no access to the cabin neither to the locker area. Lighting in the shower area wasn't WOW.

Was nice and clean, the staff let us leave our bags at reception a few hours before check in.

You have to go to the second floor to use the lockers and take off your shoes which is kind of easy to forget to do. I feel like it makes more sense to have an area on the ground floor so that you are forced to walk through it and then you’ll remember to take off your shoes before going all the way up to your floor like we kept doing. My bed also didn’t have a charging point and some dude snores the whole night making it a bit of a rough night for us but that isn’t really the accommodations fault so can’t really blame them for that part.

New building that is well-managed and clean. Large lockers available for storage with a mesh bag to carry your things in. Nice showers that have a private changing space with shelves to leave your things on. Beds are comfier than other capsule hotels I’ve stayed in and I had no problems falling asleep due to noise.

The elevators were pretty slow since they were divided into one that stops at the men’s only floors and one that stops at the women’s only floors. The bathroom didn’t have a separate area for hair and makeup so there were often no sinks available during the morning rush.

The location was about 4 minutes by walking from the eastern (north) exit of the Nagoya Station, and about 50 feet from the main road, along a side road. The capsules was wonderfully spacious. I am 6'3" and I could sleep without curling up in the capsule. The place is extremely clean, and quiet, and very 'modern' looking. The lockers for storage were surprisingly large. And I loved their showering facilities. The coffee shop on the main floor was also lovely, and the coffee was very, very good. Even if you're not staying there, you should stop by that coffee place.

I can't think of anything... maybe just add some books or a TV to the lounge on the top floor.... but that might take away from the stunning view of the city of Nagoya you can see. I'll put a pic on the review for you guys.

I stayed two nights and was fully satisfied. Such a great concept! In the capsule room, there are really just the capsules. They are more spacious than I had imagined, and were equipped with a USB charger. There are two toilets on each floor. They are typical Japanese style (love it!!!) and give full privacy. There is another floor with lockers for luggage and showers. Also the showers are great and give full privacy. Everything is sparkling clean. The hotel provides towels, pyjamas, slippers, toothbrush, earplugs. The location is great, next to the station (although I got lost every time I tried to walk underground). Lots of food options around. Also attractions like the Nagoya castle can be reached on foot.

Very impressed ! Super clean, super neat and chic, I felt very safe the way they have the women's section so seperate from the men's. Also the way the beds are so separate from the storage and the storage is so simple means you can leave everything there and focus on sleeping in the room and the room stays very quiet. I had some apprehensions about the capsule hotel but it was absolutely amazing. The capsule was a lot more spacious than I expected, I am very tall but I could sit up without even close to hitting my head. It has a lot more space than your average bunk bed in a hostel. They also give you pyjamas and everyone is so quiet and respectful which gives it a feel of a convent or a monastery or something

The mattress and pillow could be a little more comfy. It was fine for a night but after a few it could be tough. That's the absolute only thing.

Never really stayed at a hostel during my trips. But this looks like a 5 star hostel and really want to try out the japanese capsules. We could store our luggage upon arrival. After checking in you get a pass to enter the lift and your locker and you get some towels, slippers and pj's. Men and women are separated and have their own floors and lift. Capsule was great and clean, couldn't really use the socket, and usb is placed bit unlucky. But i already charged my stuff at the lounge at the 10th floor. Capsules are clean, showers/toilets are really convenient and clean as well. You have to leave the place at 10:00 (soon it will be 11:00) and put eveything in your locker so they can clean and you can go back after 4 hours. In Nagoya i really liked the 2 toyota museums and the railway museum. Science museum was also ok.

Hotel is located behind the station, a 5min walk. But the city center is the otherside, around 30-40min walk. First night it was a bit warm in the capsule, second night was better.
