I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is perfect—right in Nagoya Station, with an elevator that takes you straight down to the subway. Super convenient, especially in the summer when you don’t want to walk outside in the heat. The underground area also connects to a shopping mall with plenty of food, clothes, and convenience stores, so you’ve got everything nearby. From my room, I could see Nagoya Castle and other iconic landmarks directly, which made the view extra special. The hotel also has a lot of useful tools and items you can borrow from the front desk, which was really handy.

The only downside is that the hotel itself is on the 8th floor of the building, so every time you go in or out you have to take the elevator up first before actually reaching the lobby. It’s not a big problem, but it can feel a little inconvenient if you’re going in and out often.

Stayed at this hotel for five nights in total, including a few at the Concept Fukusuke Room. The concept room was such a highlight, and stood out among all the hotel rooms I've ever stayed in, in terms of its design elements. It is so refreshing to stay in a room with colourful, playful and tasteful decorations. For those who treasure a bit of uniqueness, this is worth it. The hotel is wonderfully located. Walking distance from the main Nagoya train station, via the underground passage, via the shopping mall UNIMALL. It has a dedicated exit, which connects to the hotel via a lift. The closest subway station, practically underneath the hotel, is actually the Kokusai Center Station on the Sakuradori Line. Breakfast is of a very good quality. It also serves curry rice and eel, in addition to the usual breakfast items. There are 7-11 and Family Mart stores nearby. Overall, the hotel is contemporary, clean, well-managed and the staff is helpful.

The hotel is above the Uni Mall(underground), which is very large with a good range of shops and restaurants. Plus the Uni Mall connects all the way to Nagoya station, super convenient to catch the train and shinkansen. The hotel is also very new, of great quality, though the room is a little small which is typical in Japan. The breakfast has plenty of choices. Also really like the on-site bath, excellent.

Nothing in particular, I think it would be a four star hotel if the room was a little bit bigger.

The hotel is perfect and I found out on the second day you can go straight to it through the underground passage from the Tokyo station without ever leaving to the scolding streets. Also, onsen was great and staff women with orange/peach eyeshadow was SUPER helpful after I lost an item in the city, calling shops and lost and found on my behalf.

Staff was strict for not letting me have a glass of water after checkout because the filter dispenser was inside the onsen area, which need the key to access. Also, they could not wash or provide soap to wash a simple bottle of water. Not flexible in that manner.

(1) Right above the metro station, there's a lift direct goes to the understand street which leads to the Nagoya station right away, very convenient. (2) Front desk staff super nice, definitely much more friendly than the other hotel I stayed in Nagoya. (3) Nice to have an onsen.

(1) The public bath is quite small, shower places may not be enough when there are several people at the same time. (2) Shower at the public bath is not stable, suddenly gets cold or small very often (maybe coz other people is using at the same time?) (3) The entrance door to the female onsen opens very easily, and takes a long time to close. Meanwhile the entrance door is right facing the door of the bath area and the locker area, with no curtains or walls to block the sight, which is not very secure or reassuring to step out of the bath area naked or get (un)dressed by the locker area.

A great stay. First of all, the location is very friendly. There is an elevator directly to the hotel after coming out of the subway, which is very friendly for guests carrying luggage and pushing strollers. Secondly, all the employees are friendly, explain carefully, and will also help caring luggage and opening the elevator door. Since we had to go somewhere else for one night first, the hotel was kind enough to store our luggage, very helpful. The hotel is also equipped with a variety of pillows to meet guests' sleeping needs, the hot spring facilities are also very clean, and the breakfast is delicious.

No dissatisfaction, perfect.

It’s near the station, and you can get there underground or overground very easily. The rooms are not big (like in most Japanese hotels) but the lay-out is very good. It’s clean, modern, and very comfortable. The bed is very good and at reception you can pick an extra pillow that suits your needs. Also at reception is a wide range of amenities, so you’ll never be without shampoos and creams. The spa has a onsen bath large enough for 4 to 6 people, but when I was there during a busy week, I never was in there with more than 1 other person. There’s reasonably spacey shower/bathroom which was very comfortable. The room had a large window with a view over the city. The nearest metrostation is right at the bottom of the building, and there are plenty of restaurants and convenient-stores nearby. I would come back here and can recommend this hotel to anyone who just wants a great place to go to when in Nagoya.

Short walk from Nagoya station with its own direct entry way from the subway basement (Uni Mall) which is super convenient since it was raining heavily when we arrived. 7 Eleven and Ichiran Ramen very close by. Lots of nearby eateries. Nice small onsen with free icy poles afterwards which is always a hit. Free steam iron to borrow too with laundry facilities available at the hotel. Overall super convenient, nice compact room and helpful staff (who assisted sending luggage to our next destination). Would definitely stay again. Note the lobby of hotel is 8th floor of the Sanco building.

Can’t think of anything to be honest !

I booked a double room with shower cubicle but not bath for 3D2N. The room was clean and equipped with all the necessities, should proof was good too. There are free onsen baths on the 8/F for men and women. The hotel can be reached from the underground shopping area all the way from Nagoya station.

The only complain is probably the 10 minute walk from Nagoya station.

Overall satisfied

No issues with the hotel but had one of drunken Japanese man in late 40s or 50s at Sauna who was trying to pick a fight with me without any reason. I was in the bath one night and he came in and shouted 'Oi~' severally times until I looked and said something in Japanese which I didn't understand. I stared at him until he stopped and he just went out.
