The room was cleaned every day between noon and 3pm. If I had to use the room while cleaning, the staff were always so kind and respectful. They even cleaned on holidays. A BIG plus of this hotel is you can control you AC and Heat. Many hotels of this type set for heat half the year and AC the other half the year. I was so thrilled to be able to turn ac on during the day and heat at night.

The washing machines don't dry clothes very well. It is cheeper and faster to use coin laundry. I believe the moisture when the clothes were drying, wasn't venting because it didn't matter how long or how few clothes were in the dryer they would just be hot and wet. Had to hang dry my clothes every time in the bath. But truly this is my only complaint.

Great hotel for travellers. They provide guests with pajamas and all toiletries and comfort items. I even saw that power banks are available for free rental. The checkin process is easy and efficient. My friend and I travelled together but booked 2 rooms as I know the room size would not accommodate our bags and the hotel were lovely and gave us adjacent rooms. The staff were helpful and the hotel was responsive to my messages when we were delayed checking in. The hotel is a short walk from Nagoya station. There was also an ice machine and coin laundry facilities on level 2.

My stay was too short! The hotel was great and there was nothing to dislike.

Terrific location with lots of transport and food options. Main shopping is also within walking distance. They provide very good amenties at reception counter. Rooms are clean and charging points right next to bed. Good blackout curtains and lights are bright enough in the room. Easy connection to airport via direct train line or bus.

Room is abit small and need to manage the space efficiently. While the room is booked for two, only one chair in the room. Would be nice if we can have an extra pillows. Beds are generally hard in most Japanese chain hotels. We had the superior room so we got a full sized bed, but we do not like that one side of the bed is against the wall.

Very convenient location close to the station, especially when you learn your ways through the underground passages. Some excellent food places literally next door. Nice and clean room with comfortable beds.

After staying in the same chain hotel in Tokyo (Shinjuku) we missed a feature that we liked so much there: space under the bed for storing suitcases. Luckily, there was just enough space to keep our suitcases open, but this reduced the passage to almost zero.

The hotel is located near Nagoya Station, with plenty of shops and restaurants around the area. The room was clean and somewhat spacious. The bed and the pillows were fairly comfortable, and I was able to sleep well on both nights. The breakfast deals available at the attached Mister Donut were pretty good too.

While the hotel is within walking distance from Nagoya Station, getting there can be a bit confusing for first-timers to the city, even if you exit the station on the correct side.

Facilities in room all explained with clear English tags beside them — so no searching a TV screen or QR code for explanations on how to use. Really appreciated this after hot day of travel. Comfortable bed. Mister Donut breakfast easily acquired and rather a yummy novelty! Can be hard to find the Hotel because of numerous signage of other businesses but Mister Donut is easy to see at eye level. Hotel entrance is on Donut’s left.

The location was great, right in the middle of town with a Mister Donut connected to the building and plenty of other shops next door and nearby. The station was only a 5 minute walk away as well. The Wi-Fi worked well and didn't have any issues when I used it.

There really weren't any problems with this hotel. It's not the best hotel I've ever stayed at by any means, but it is a very good hotel for the price and location for sure.

Very close to Meitetsu train and bus station. Walkable to subway and JR trains as well. Room were small, as expected in Japan but it was still great. Check in and check out was a breeze. You can opt for full room cleaning or just a towel change. 2 pillows were provided. Microwave, ice maker, vending machine and washing machine were located on the second floor. You can even view from your room's tv if the washing machine is available or is in use. Also, you can see the remaining time before it is available. Flat and curling iron were also available BUT is subject for availability. So, on the safer side, I suggest you just bring your own. Amenities were provided at the ground floor like sun screen, face lotion, face milk, cleansing oil, toothbrush, razor, coffee and tea. There is a weighing scale at the ground floor to check the weight of your luggage before heading to the airport. You can also leave your luggage there. Mr. Donut is located at the ground floor and delicious unagi is a few steps away. A Chinese food, ramen house were also within the area. Family mart and 7/11 is just around the corner. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The location of the hotel is located just across the road and a few meters away on a straight road from Meitetsu Nagoya station's central gates. Hence, it is very easy to get to and from Centrair Airport. The receptionists cannot speak English, but thanks to Japanese hospitality, they always go to arms and legs to help in any way possible.

They only accept machine check-in and out, which is okay, but I found it strange that they do not accept cash payments from the machines. The lobby area is relatively small, and guests' luggage being temporarily stored there can be challenging to move around to reach the elevators. Furthermore, the rooms are pretty small, comparable to hotels in Tokyo. I have stayed at other hotels in Nagoya with more spacious rooms and bathrooms. The cleanliness of the rooms is a bit questionable, as I found long women's hair on the bed when I first arrived. Cleaning is on demand, which is fine. However, the breakfast provided by Mister Donut in the same building is the worst thing about the hotel. They only served donuts and pastries, which was quite disappointing.

Location was great! Staff were very lovely - limited english FYI. All the amenities you need, and I'm sure they'd be more than happy to help you with anything extra. Breakfast is a voucher to Mr Donut, so if you don't like donuts or pastries then maybe skip it. If you do it though, make sure to try the old fashioned Honey donut.

Rooms are a little small, not awful but something to plan for mentally!
