The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great compared to other Japanese hotels we have experienced (simple but a lot of choice). We don't have kids but it was very family friendly.

I personally found the bed and pillows very firm and uncomfortable, but in our short stay so far in Japan, this seems to be the norm.

Location: 10-15 minutes walk from Nagoya Station, with many shops and restaurants nearby Room: Spacious room with big twin beds. No problem for opening two suitcases at the same time. Practical equipment available, such as bedside USB sockets. Breakfast and beverages: Good variety of both Japanese and western cuisines at breakfast (06:30-09:30). Free self-service beverages available at 14:00-24:00.

It would be perfect and more convenient if there's more table space in the room.

The room was surprisingly spacious to me. Unlike other similar hotels, there was also a table with chairs provided, along with a large wide-screen TV. It's possible to cast your mobile phone to the screen. The staff were friendly and helpful, and understand English. The hotel provides a complimentary buffet breakfast. The hotel has modern aesthetics and is well maintained. There are USB and wireless charging points provided. It's within walking distance to Nagoya Station.

Check-in took some time as there were many guests trying to check in. The hotel has self-check in/out kiosks to support the lobby staff, but the instructions it gave were not very clear. However, this problem is not unique to Comfort Hotel. The hotel provided complimentary powdered green tea, but didn't provide any teaspoons/stirrer in the room.

I like nearly everything, especially the service. The girl named Sugiyama was excellent. And the middle age man with glasses was awesome as well, when I asked questions they answered so friendly. Even we passed by the reception had eye contact, they were always smile and bow to us even we were in the elevator. The best accommodation for us in Japan for 4 cities. Strongly recommend. We didn’t feel them to do house keeping for their business running cost savings and environmental friend, put on ‘ no bother’ they still dropped the clean towels.

Queen room is so big.Moreover,you can choose the poillow on 2th ffloor to take and go suitably tight sleep. The big toilet and big bathtub.The toothpaste prepare for you. Many restaurants and more supermarkets, seven and lawson near the hotel. Especially The hotel prepare welcome drink 10.00-24.00 free of many drinks such as hot coffe and tea ,ice and ice with water. some special day with roast green tea or peach drink

The location far from subway,jr,meitestu and kintestu train station. However,you can go to ground passage to connect them. It is good for winter weather. The passage way is near famous milk and bread morning breakfast cafe.

This hotel is amazing! I was going to hike in Kamikochi and needed to store my luggage for over three days, and they didn’t charge me any extra fees for that. Additionally, my friend needed to retrieve something from my luggage while I was away (though it didn’t happen in the end), but when I asked the staff for assistance, they were incredibly accommodating. I truly appreciate their exceptional support! As for the basic amenities, everything was top-notch: Cleanliness: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Meals: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Location: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Value for Money: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

They called the Tokyo hotel and handled everything for us. We didn't to worry everything and took our luggage in Tokyo. In addition, the breakfast and washing service is total outstanding. The location of hotel is super perfect for a little bit of walk to train station. We will stay at again if we travel to Nagoya again.

Loved this place. 2F has a large space which is used as a library breakfast area and coffee place. The free breakfast was a bonus and of excellent quality/variety. The room had good facilities, was modern and quiet. We had a twin room that was large by Japanese standards.

It was between 3 stations, so expect a 600m walk plus walk in station. I like big rooms and negotiating suitcase position with partner a little challenging.

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station. It is a typical Japanese hotel room. The hotel has 3 washer and dryer machines and you can see the status of each on your TV. Our stay included breakfast, which was a part Japanese part Western buffet. I liked how you could get free amenities from the lobby vs your room - e.g., nightgown, extra blanket, etc.

The bed only had 2 pillows (vs 4 as usual) and they were extremely thin.
