- the hotel is new and clean - comfy bed - good public bath in the hotel that manage with care of women's privacy - very good breakfast, tasty, variety, love the scramble egg considered as one of the best. Thank you for the woman staff at the egg station. - nice amenities with ice cream - comfortable night ware - the location is good, near bus stop, subway and easy to walk to Nagoya Station but located on quiet area and Mega Donki is next to the hotel

- the hotel's parking is always full and the staff didn't give us much information about the parking - we didn't request to change the towel and bed sheet but better clear the garbage and fill the water in the room overall it just could have been better but actually we were happy to stay here

We booked for connecting twin rooms for a family of 4 and the kids have had a good sleep on the comfortable beds, and there were video-on-demand, which showed kids' cartoons which offered them some entertainment while the adults prepared and packed. The hotel's location also offers convenience that Don Quijote (Don Don Donki - hypermarket) was just a stone's throw away.

The rooms were a little small as we often had to push the luggage(s) somewhere else so that we could have a little space to move around the rooms.

The hotel is well-located, and having recently been renovated, it offers modern and well-maintained amenities. There is an onsen available for free use, which, while not very large, is decent for a hotel situated in the city center. The breakfast is quite good and recommended for breakfast lovers. The price for the breakfast buffet is reasonable, making it worth paying extra if the room rate doesn’t already include breakfast.

1. I like the availability of (many) coin parking areas near the hotel, which is very convenient to drivers like me. 2. I like the spacious room offered by the hotel! 3. I like the beautiful decorations and the comfortable couch at the hotel lobby. 4. I like the availability of 2 convenience stores as well as Don Don Donki near the hotel!

1. Not enough hangers inside the room 2. Cleaning staff perhaps may not understand that we want to throw away the plastic bags that we placed next to the bin, and thus the staff did not throw away the items for us.

Very clean, staffs are very attentive, easy check in and check out procedures. Can leave luggage at the lobby. You can view how crowded the public bath area or the cafeteria, and even the time left for the washing machine to become available in your room’s tv without stepping your foot outside of your room which is very convenient.

The front parking is always full, however there are a lot of spaces at the parking behind the building, just that the price is slightly higher. They should train their new intern staffs to speak abit louder as I can barely heard they explaining the rules of the hotel.

The room is large by Japanese standard which is a huge plus point. Location was great, next to a small shopping mall with Don Quihote and a convenience store right across the street. Hotel was also near a bus stop which is a more convenient way of getting around Nagoya city. A lot of eateries and stores nearby as well

Parking was limited and on the pricey side as payment is required per entry instead of by day. The public baths were also quite crowded during peak hours. For such a large hotel, they should consider a bigger bath

booked a room with 3 beds, which can fit 2 adults and 2 children. located in a central area, there are a lot of restaurants. A supermarket / shopping mall (DONQI) is next to door. staff are super nice, and can answer in English.

breakfast is just ok, need to put instruction on how to use TV and how to use telphone (takes some time to figure out how to use these...)

Love the room size, informative status info on TV screen (tells you how many restaurants / bath ) Staff was generally helpful when requesting for information. Very convenient location, with Donki (for last minute duty free shopping) / 7-11 next door, as well as nearby cafes

Decor / Color choices seem to suggest the hotel is aimed at women only. Not a big deal. If you're driving.. note that the hotel designated car parks are generally full all the time. Luckily there's plenty of other car park lots around

This is my second stay in this hotel. It is very comfortable to stay here. The breakfast costs a reasonable price and gives a variety of fancy foods, including local cuisines. The room is spotless and quiet. There is a convenience store near the hotel, where you can grab something to eat at night. The subway station is within 10 min walk. You can walk to the Nagoya Shinkansen station within 20 min.
