The room is spacious and equipped with modern amenities. The night shift attendant at the car park speaks excellent English, which makes it much easier for us to use the mechanical parking system. The hotel location is only 2 minutes walk to Mega Donki and less than 5 minutes walk to Komeda Coffee.

The front desk staff had limited English proficiency—she could only say “thank you so much” and struggled even with basic words like “twelve.” When we asked for assistance in booking a well-known restaurant, she made one attempt, said “no answer” and did not follow up or offer to try again later.

This modern “Courtyard Nagoya” (by Marriott) located in the mid town of Nagoya with shopping streets nearby. You can easily access the hotel after exit from the expressway and had a few minutes drive. Staffs at the front counter are helpful and friendly. Well done! Modern style guest bedrooms are cozy with full facilities and amenities. Marriott Bonvoy had done the good job in interior decoration though using only Particle board and laminate. The Crust is the main restaurant for hotel guests. Its double volume space let the guests to enjoy the town scenic and sunlight. However the breakfast buffet line seems to lack of variety foods. Another point to mention is the parking lot. If you need the parking lot for your car, you have to confirm with the hotel once booking or you have to go to the outside parking lot.

The breakfast buffet line is limited with fixed menu each morning. The western menu is not good enough compare to other Marriott Bonvoy hotels. If you want any other drink which not shown at the buffet, you can ask the staff to prepare it.

Best hotel in Nagoya, hands down! The room was huge and made with woods, so it wasn’t dusty at all. The bathroom was clean, the beds were comfortable with the air-conditioning inside the room, made my sleeping feeling at ease. The receptionists are active and willing to assist me anytime, they were also super friendly. The breakfast was okay, not wonderful but not bad either.

The location was a bit far from the subway station, still there are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Another negative thing is the room was pricey, it was more than 10K THB per night.

Beautiful location and not crowded at all. Room is neat and cozy. The atmosphere is very nice. Near bus station and has very delicious restaurant (Izakaya) near by.

Additional parking fee of 2,200 yen/night. Staff cannot speak fluent English. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights but the last night the new pajamas and slippers has not been provided, but the staff bring them to our room immediately after requested. We found some hair and dust here and there in the room (like behind the bathroom door and room entrance) everyday.

Everything about our overnight stay was as you would expect from a Marriot hotel; tasteful decor, comfortable elegant rooms, fine dining, helpful staff, lovely buffet style breakfast service in a cafe style setting.

After the rest of our Japanese tour, this hotel felt a little too "cookie cutter" and the bar costs were high by local standards, which I guess reflected the hotels international brand but took the gloss off our experience.

We stayed for just one night (on Christmas Day 😉), but it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip! The hotel is beautifully designed and spacious, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The real standout, though, was when they accommodated us last minute for a 7-course Christmas dinner. In my daughter’s words, it was "the best meal ever." We were looking for a welcoming, special place to stay while visiting Ghibli Park on Christmas Day, and this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

Great, spacious room as expected. We appreciate the design of the room (sink was outside of the bathroom and toilet), it made washing up way more efficient! The location was also near to various convenience shops and a short drive away to city center.

Would have appreciated a discounted or complimentary parking for guests. A guidebook on nearby attractions or recommended restaurants would have been good too, we tried to ask for recommendations and were told "staff isn't from Nagoya".

The only downside during our stay is the air-conditioning was central control and it was too hot and a bit stuffy. A staff tried his best to help us to no avail. We let it slipped as we were only staying there for 2 nights.

Staying at this hotel has definitely been a great experience. The facilities are easy to reach from Nagoya main station (just a 10-minute walk, at a brisk pace). The staff at the reception is courteous and very nice, always helpful and full of suggestions about local places to visit. Its rooms are ample, clean and light, very comfortable and absolutely impeccable. The breakfast at the restaurant is a lovely mix between local and international styles, absolutely above expectations. The gym is well furnished and a pleasure to use. Overall, a great place and very high value-for-money.

The only thing I didn't like has been the check-in waiting time upon arrival at the hotel. Unfortunately, I arrived at a moment when there were quite some people waiting for check-in. This did not impact my evaluation: the outstanding performance of the rest was more than enough to compensate for this small inconvenience

The Room is very clean, tidy, and good size for a family of 2 adults + 2 small kids. I booked for a twin bed room which allows 1 adult + 1 child per bed. I think the hotel is newly rennovated. Excellent services!!! the staff were really helpful and patient. I requested for help to call and cancel the car rental because I didn't speak Japanese and she did the cancellation for me without hesitation. Secondly, I had to leave my luggages for storage because I arrived before the check-in time. The lady was very patient in taking them out one-by-one again from the storage room as I left something behind in one of the luggages. Location may not be the closest to station but walking is 20 mins away only. Convenience store is just across the road and Toyota Car Rental is just 2 blocks away.
