provide for all that’s needed, eg. pyjamas, basic toiletries and skin care (available at reception). Breakfast is delicious - get to try Japanese food, eg. Onigiri, miso soup and even ice-cream.

Room a bit small for extra bed & dusty - unable to have all 3 luggages open flat on the floor at the same time. But wouldn’t complain for the value.

the staff were happy to help us keep our big luggage there for 24 hrs after our stay, thanks for accommodating for us. there is simple japanese breakfast served and happy hour drinks everyday.

the onsen bath was only for gentlemen.

Really clean, lovely staff. Location was OK. Hotel staff were very helpful as we had two large cases and two smaller cases, they helped get them sorted.

Just room size, however, it's Tokyo and size is usually smaller due to limited construction space. It's fine for short stays.

Breakfast is quite good for the room price and the staff are friendly . Lot's of equipment in the room and they have a public bath, though we weren't able to check it out.

Quite far from Nagoya station. Entrance is on the second floor and if you don't know about the hidden elevator, you'll be dragging your luggage on a set of stairs.

Everything is great. There’s free breakfast and happy hour. The staff are all friendly and helpful. I would want to stay again and longer
